Good location and very comfortable room, breakfast is not buffet but not bad. Gym room is free to enter 24/7, very nice.

The transportation is very convenient, and the surrounding environment is very good. Whether it is shopping, eating, or even going to any scenic spot, it is very fast. There is a supermarket opposite the accommodation, and there is also a hotel's exclusive coffee shop and restaurant downstairs! The accommodation room is also very large and comfortable. There are also windows that can be opened and closed. The air is very circulated. The water in the bathroom is also very large. All kinds of equipment are very complete. If you come to Manchester, you will definitely stay here again! Hotel staff are also very kind, really great~

No cleaning services for our 8-night stay, only changed the towels one time, need to call for the additional coffee, tea and toilet rolls.

Romslig rom og høy standard ift andre britiske hotell. Frokosten er god, men litt dårlig organisering når det er mye folk, som gjør at det kan bli litt ventetid selv om man har forhåndsbooket bord. Spaavdelingen er perfekt. Plasseringen er sentral men likevel lite støy og gangavstand til det meste.

The room could of been cleaner, there were fake petals and glitter strands on the floor. The beds are very hard however the pillows are very soft and flat, which is not my preferred choice. Parking system needs reviewing. We were not td that we had to find conceierge before trying to leave the car park

Overall everything was lovely clean. There was a lose laminate strip in the kitchen area when stood on it idid the splits

When I first got there the room I got given the door was broke so I had to get a room change the next room I was in the tv was then broke then they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment for all the problems which was nice.
