Location is perfect and safe and no noise from street.

The location of the property was very central and we appreciated being only a walking distance away from many spots and two Metro stations. There could have been more comfortable seating in the unit though and the hot water in the showers needed to be more consistent.

L'une des meilleures offres pour la location. Dans le centre mème de Madrid. Le fait d'avoir une kitchenette aide beaucoup. Petits problèmes à l'arivée (pas d'eau chaude) mais la rapidité du service client a rattrapé le coup. La literie pour ètre un poil de meilleure qualité

A localização é perfeita, com fácil acesso a tudo – restaurantes maravilhosos, comércios e atrações ficam a poucos passos. O quarto é exatamente como nas fotos: confortável, limpo e bem cuidado. Destaque também para o sistema digital do hotel, muito prático e eficiente, que facilitou desde o check-in até o controle de acomodações. Super recomendo e voltaria com certeza!

Property is in a great location; however rooms need an upgrade and probably should be a 3 star place. Shower only holds about 5 minutes of hot water and beds are okay. I like that it does have a refrigerator and large glass window to let in fresh air…can be loud in the evening since it’s in the heart of the district …overall about a 7 but location makes it an 8.

The property was nice, clean and secure. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Just Don’t expect to sleep until 4 am because it’s right in the middle of a busy district and you can hear everything outside.

It's self check in (no reception first off) but the instructions were super clear. Prime location ! Lots of stuff around. Elevator is slow and a tad scary at night since it gives abandonned apartment vibes. I had an early check in for 12 noon, since it was self check in I let myself up and at 11:55 am people were still cleaning. Overall + prime location + easy self check in + safe.

El desayuno no vale la pena es en una confiteria a 60m y abre a la 9am y se puede consumir por 8euros.

All what you need ...right in the centre ...near Gran Via ...Checa and Tribunal ... Safe and quiet .. Nice touches with camera ...gym access and breakfast suggestions ... The representative ...sorry I did not get her name was very friendly as were the other members of staff ....if you need somewhere in the middle of things ...this place is exactly what you need... I had a great time.
