Good price with reasonable offer

Staff are nice. Room is tidy. Breakfast is good. It would be more great if the check out time can be later (e.g. 10:30am or 11am).

The room was disgusting, carpet really badly stained seat big black stain mark,shower absolutely disgusting wouldn't use it.bed headboard was for a single bed. Really disgusting room we would have left but late when we checked in

Room was okay. Bath was rusty around the plug so wasn't used. Staff, friendly and helpful. Was not happy with Expedia over charging us by £20. We could have got this cheaper by booking direct with the hotel, or someone else. Plus- pay when we got there to check in, and cancelled or, rearranged for free. Please do better Expedia!! No problen with hotel just the booking!.

Lovely large room with an amazing view big comfy bed.

Nice clean room, just a single but with a bath, bay window and sea view. Good price too. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and my stay was very good value for money. Good quality duvet and pillows. However the mattress was very thin, low water pressure in the shower in the morning, no u-bend on sink and a smell of sewage in the bathroom. No air vent in the bathroom.

The felt neglected as did the hotel itself. The property needs a LOT of money spending on it. We had a room upgrade and it did not feel like it! I dread to think what the room would we should have been in was like. The lounge next to reception had an awful smell, like fat that hasnt been changed in years. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was just lovely! Dainty room with a view of the Little Orme. Perfect distance from the theatre for a leisurely stroll before a show!!

Room was dirty. The floor boards are so creaky so you can’t sleep as it’s constant. The walls are so thin I could hear people talking on the corridors very clearly. The room was so scruffy, would not recommend at all

The room had a small amount of dust. But had a nice stay . The staff were very welcoming. Great.

Me and my 4 year old daughter stayed for 3 nights. We booked a cosy double room (218) it was at the side of the building and we had a lovely side sea view which we didn't expect 😀. Room was small but very comfortable, room was very clean with lovely fresh white bedding and towels. Bathroom a little dated but for the price we paid it was great. I ended up leaving my daughters dvd charger, and a cases full of dvds in the room (my own fault 🙃) staff where great packaging it up for me ready for royal mail to pick it up. Thanks for everything we would definitely stay again.

The room was tired and would benefit from redecorating but it was clean. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and efficient.

Reception staff were friendly and pleasant on our arrival. Our room was warm and clean. Bar and dining room staff helpful and breakfast was enjoyable. All in all a good stay. Thank you

Despite very helpful staff it does not detract from the terrible state of this hotel. I was moved 3 times - first because of lack of heating and general poor state of the room and stinking pillows then because of a severe water leak from the ceiling above which could have damaged all of my luggage had I not been in the room - the state and heating situation was not much of an improvement on the first room. The final room was a total contrast but by this point it was too late and had I not been staying for work purposes I would have moved to another hotel. Breakfast was also pretty poor. The general areas were also in need of severe update or cleaning. I cannot see how some of the top reviews on here can be legitimate in light of what I experienced. Apart from the staff trying to remedy the situation and a couple being very helpful it really was an unacceptable experience.
