The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room are big and cozy. The breakfast is simple

The property is nice. My rating reflects pricing issues I experienced. They overcharged me and refused to refund me I would suggest finding a property with transparent and accurate pricing

I first checked into a floor room which I did not like and switched rooms. The 2nd room was much better. Overall a nice/decent experience.

Hotel was incredibly clean and modern. Staff very attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Only about a 10/15 stroll to the centre of Porto. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful staff, nice little bar in the hotel, great breakfast buffet. So convenient to the airport. Quiet and clean. Highly recommend!!

Thank you for a peaceful stay. Great hotel with a great breakfast. Everything was new construction in a very old city.

This hotel is in a great location, away from the main square but this means it’s very quiet and you can get a good nights sleep. We wanted hot water for tea and the super kind staff brought us a whole tea making tray, with mugs, a kettle and teabags. The front desk team have been very kind regarding a member of our party who was unable to travel. We very much appreciate their kindness with this. The rooms can get a little warm and the button for air con is tricky to find. However once you do the rooms are a perfectly fine. Our room was spotless and seemed very fresh and new! Lovely decoration too. I’d stay here again if visiting Porto.

STAFF WAS EXECELLENT! ESPECIALLY DURING THE UNPRECENDENTED COUNTRYWIDE BLACKOUT THAT TOOK PLACE ON APRIL 28, 2025. THERE WAS NO POWER IN THE HOTEL, NO WATER, NO AIR FOR 12 HOURS - BUT THE STAFF EMPLOYESS WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, COMMUNICATIVE ANF VERY HELPFUL DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME. THANK YOU!

Excellent location for walking to the historic sections of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel.

Hôtel bien situé, proche commerces et lieux incontournables à visiter. Hôtel calme et propre avec lit confortable et chambre spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner, varié. Petite structure donc plutôt agréable de déjeuner dans le calme et sans cohue. Le personnel était agréable, gentil et serviable.
