Apartment wasn’t very clean. No washing machine as stated. OK stay.

Very spacious, responsive, clean and comfortable. Location was good. We were a family of 5 in a two bedroom apartment.

Casa bella e spaziosa. Unica nota negativa: sono state lasciate 2 cialde di caffe sebbene fossimo in 4. Per il resto tutto molto positivo, sia la posizione sia lo stabile. Location molto silenziosa e senza problemi di sorta.

Very good

The apartment is apacigua and the location is very good. Nonetheless, the communication with the administration is scarce and there is no instructions. Also, the apartment lacks some basic things, like paper towels or napkins, enough toilet paper, etc. The apartment didn’t feel clean.

They need to put more storage in the bedrooms and a long mirror would be nice - the balcony is on such a slope it’s not really safe to stand on and the balcony door opens inward so you have to step down to open it

Extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. Impossible to sleep on. One bedroom didn’t have air conditioning. Two of us barely slept at night, because of the high temperature. There was a significantly if leak on the lobby’s ceiling. The 2 buckets on the floor couldn’t hold all the water. The location was good, but streets in general were dirty. Garbage everywhere.

These are well-run, clean and functional apartments and perfect for a family stay in Valencia. Had everything we needed. Big supermarket directly opposite which is a bonus.

Mottok ikkje e-post om innsjekk, så det var flaks at det var bemannet når me kom. Innsjekk tok litt tid. Ellers alt bra! Romslig plass med bra verdi for pengene.

The accommodation is very clean. The beds are niet very big. Their designed for 1,5 persons. The bedroom is great. The kitchen is great. If you cross the street there is a supermarket. The communication however is not good. I could not call the hotel. I hadn't received a e-mail so checking was a bit stressful. Overall i would recommend you to stay here!
