Great place to stay

Matratze und Kopfpolster waren gut zum Schlafen. Der Pool bot frühmorgens eine gute Erfrischung. Die Küche war ungepflegt und unhygienisch

Customer service, clean rooms, and location. Great staff that was very accommodating.

Staff very helpful and vibe perfect. By no means is it luxury but the gardens are really nice. Used pool at Ricks no problem.

We had a lovely weekend at Bak A Yaad. The grounds are beautiful. It was easy to upgrade our reservation to a cabin with more amenities when we checked in. The cabin and common areas were tidy and well-kept. Walking distance to great restaurants and small grocery.

No water , no AC , and shared bathroom . I would like my money back , we only stayed there for 20-30 minutes and we left this property. It is not as described in Orbitz

Pros: Sanctuary like exotic garden landscape, cute cottages, friendly staff, ample parking, swimming pool! Love the louvre windows! Cons: Part of Bathroom shower wall is made of drywall and has moisture damage in my cottage - please fix (meaning change that wall to concrete). Also shower floor needs proper cleaning. Water was not hot.

Was expecting a room with 2 beds, got 1 bed and one blow up bed with a bit of a leak during night. But all over it was very nice and safe place.

Em frente ao Rick's café, 10 min de carro da 7mile beach, cabana completa com fogão elétrico, forninho, cafeteira, microondas. A limpeza me deixou um pouco na dúvida pós tinha papel no vaso sanitário quando cheguei. Algumas pequenas teias de aranha poderiam ter sido removidas na limpeza também mas nada q atrapalhe. O local é bem rústico e a única coisa q me incomodou de verdade foi a escuridão a noite! Vi que tinham luminárias nos postes mas não eram acesas a noite. Voltaria a me hospedar com Certeza

Fui atendida por uma moça muito gentil na recepção. O quarto que fiquei era exatamente como na foto, mas com banheiro compartilhado, tem cozinha para uso comum, porém não usei, o ambiente é bem sossegado, praticamente em frente ao Ricks Café, mas distante de outras coisas. Considero uma estadia cara, mas dado todas as demais coisas no país, é algo normal, o custo de vida deles não é barato. Mesmo assim, eu voltaria a ficar.

I really enjoyed my short stay at this property. The cottages are quaint and comfortable. I felt secluded, peaceful and safe with lots of nature all around. The pool is small but adequate for a warm dip. The host was pleasant and properly introduced us to the options for dining and entertainment around the area. However Alecia, the housekeeper, was the real star of our experience. She was friendly, helpful and courteous without ever being pushy. She seems to really to enjoy intetacting with guests. I would definitely rerurn.

My stay was quite glorious. Ami and Ms. Elaine are delightful people who served us with the greatest hospitality! I will definitely come again…

Rooms were HOT with only a ceiling fan! Need a vent to the hall and a mirror and some wall hooks would be nice to have in the room. Staff is WONDERFUL and very nice

First, I want to clarify that my feedback is based on the expectation set by the hotel’s presentation on hotels.com. From the descriptions and images provided, there was no indication that the accommodations would be hostel-like, particularly concerning shared bathrooms and showers. This discrepancy was surprising. My intent is not to disparage but to express that the reality of our stay did not align with the expectations set by the advertisement. I believe transparency in the amenities offered, including the nature of the accommodations, is crucial for informed decision-making by potential guests. This is not a hotel. It’s a hostal and the pictures and information provided are misleading. We rented a single room and in the pictures there were very cozy tiny home type accommodation with full bathroom. For us it’s a very negative surprise to realise the rooms were in a second room of a building at the very end of the property. Plus the most negative surprise was that that we had to share the toilet and shower with the entire floor. There are one set for men and other set for women. The property is across the Rick Coffee. It’s very famous because it offers paid cliff jumping, and ridiculously loud party at the sun set. So, However, the (hostel) rooms were very silent on the night.
