Very good location

酒店無論地理位置、內部裝設施以及員工服務我們也很滿意，但對於自駕前來的住客來說就較不便，停車場入口非常難找，由於酒店在步行街上，而停車場入口卻在後街一條小巷 內，非常隱蔽，我們找了超過一小時，也試過進入該小巷兩次，但不見有酒店的名字，最後要致電聯絡酒店才告知預訂網站上標示的postal code有誤，車場正確入口是Old Manesty’s Lane L1 3RL, 最後浪費了約兩小時才可以順利登記入住。泊車費是每輛車£24/24小時。

A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay.

一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店

Clean accommodation, comfortable beds, great location. Only addition could be extra lighting. No lamp in living room/ kitchen area, left it slightly dismal. Even the bedroom bedside lamps were dull. Bedside tables on both sides of master bedroom would be better, also with lighting.

Comfy bed room was huge

Great stay in the heart of Liverpool easy walk from train and back to the university etc, close to everything

We’ve been to the Cove before and really like it! It’s in a great central location! It’s very comfortable and feels like home from home!

Property good location, very tidy and quiet for where it is. You can leave your bags before u due to check in though it dont say this on the site and only got a reply when from property when i had already spend the day with my bags as we arrived early. Make sure you bring a uk plug as they have no usb sockets in the appartment. No tv in bedroom which isnt a bad thing but a radio may have been a nice touch. No clock in the property Staff lovely.

Amazing location and had everything we needed. Only thing stopping it from being a 10/10 stay is that the TV did not have Netflix.

Perfect location for central Liverpool and less than 5 minute walk to the Cavern. Easy check in and check out, friendly and helpful reception staff. The apartment was fantastic, very spacious and clean. Will definitely use again if staying overnight in Liverpool.
