The location is very close to the Outlet and MOA. It was quiet. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was not great! But our room was perfect!

The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was pretty meager while we were there.

Additional parking information would have been helpful before checking in and not impressed with $15 parking fee that was not mentioned upon making reservation

Continental Breakfast was terrible. The first morning all the food was empty. The second morning breakfast wasn't ready until close to 8:30a when the sign stated continental breakfast from 7a-10a. I asked the front desk abouwhen the breakfast would be ready and she said the worker was about 10 min

Excellent hotel

I like the view from our room. We did request extra towels, but none were brought up to our room. Overall nice place.

Friendly and clean

Our room was nice & clean, bed was comfortable & nice shower. However, parking was $15 a nite & shared with another large hotel & a mall, breakfast was pathetic-runny scrambled eggs…. Waffles was best they had. The swimming pool was actually size of large hot tub & only 8 people could be in pool at a time.

All aspects were at a good standard, however, the showerhead in room 238 was substandard, and there was no body wash.

Pros: super friendly staff Includes breakfast Sizeable bathrooms in-room Outlet mall directly across the parking lot Cons: SUPER thin walls - sounded like a herd of elephants above us every night, making it hard to sleep Uncomfortable beds Thin, uncomfortable pillows Breakfast left a lot to be desired Pool was tiny - max 8 allowed in it We enjoyed having a place close to the family we were visiting, and the staff were awesome, but we definitely struggled to enjoy much of our stay.

We actually weren't able to stay for our reservation due to an Emer. Admit to Hospital, and even with Expedia's help, this Property REFUSED to refund even a Partial payment made in Full, Credit for Future Stay, or any adjustment though given Alm. a Full weeks' notice of Travel Cancelation. Even our Airline gave a Full Credit for future travel.So Beware...We've NEVER experienced this type of lack of Customer Service!

Too many hiding fees

When i checked in i didnt have a credit card so couldn't set the $20 stupid incidentals deposit charge deposit they required. Had to work with hotels.com to have canceled without penalty. Seemed real nice property next door to outlet mall. Front desk clerk was rude and condensenting jerk all because of the $20 deposit that i wasnt able to charge
