The attitude and rudeness of the reception lady was terrible . Carpet looks likes it’s never been cleaned - stains everywhere AC didn’t work and was filthy TV didn’t work Bed was also quite disgusting. I left early it was so bad and the receptionist still charged me. $220 per night is an absolute rip off. Don’t stay there - would have been better sleeping in my car.

Convenient and comfortable dog friendly accom

There was some sort of motor going all night - possibly on adjacent property or maybe refrigeration unit on a truck. Toilet was constantly running.

A little on edge of town but shops & town centre not far away. Spacious older motel but very clean & staff was very helpful.

This is the only place I will stay in Emerald. Reasonably priced pet friendly accommodation close to town. Whether you have a pet or not I doubt you’d find a more comfortable place. With super friendly and accommodating staff

The meals were excellent in the onsite restaurant, steak was cooked to perfection.

Great location. The room was fine for an overnight stay. Really appreciated the undercover parking when it started raining. Overall an enjoyable stay and would definitely chose EEI again. Thanks.
