Laundry facility excellent. Breakfast ok, coffee needs to be better. Staff great. Rooftop awesome.

Checkin was slow. Dinner was great quality but few lunch options and pitifully few room service options. Room service also took 60 to 90 minutes. Pools are numerous but most were a bit crowded. Cocktails were generally not good, though some mocktails were tasty. Checkin and checkout were slow. Not an abundance of amenities or activities during the day

Mejorar la coordinacion entre los encargados de areas admon. , bar, restaurantes y ademas con los promotores de las app xq nos vimos en unas contradicciones en cuanto a promosiones y servicios otorgados a los huespedes, a pesar que fuimos muy bien atendidos por lós responsables dando sus versiones...Esto no denigra la buena atencion que tuvimos....

We loved staying at Aloft Tulum. Great hotel, wonderful, rooftop pool, and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. I would not recommend setting up your airport shuttle through them though. They didn’t show up for our ride to come home and we had to call a taxi at 4 AM.

The staff super nice and the location is great.

Aloft Tulum is located in the middle of downtown. It is a well kept and clean hotel with modern design and amenities. There is a beautiful view on the rooftop that contain a swimming pool and a restaurant. Near the hotel are convenience stores and small stores. Front staff is very helpful and accommodating, especially Jorge who helped us with transportation to the airport.

I didn’t like the shower in the opening, I prefer close door with toilet in bathroom. But the the decor was fabulous.

Service was good but the parking was an issue. We didn’t know parking wasn’t part of the hotel but I’m glad they were able to waive the fee for that. Great place to stay overall.

Very nice hotel. Very clean , the breakfast buffet was delicious.Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would recommend it.

This boutique hotel was inviting and felt so off the beaten path. It was centrally located.
