Spacious and clean room. Front desk staff London was nice and friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of variety of food.

The bed seemed to have fleas; I felt itchy all over as soon as I lay down. The swimming pool was closed! Breakfast wasn't very good; the only redeeming feature was that the room was relatively new.

Loved the clean spacious room. Breakfast was excellent! Had a good night's rest.

Very convenient, clean place to relax and take a break

A very modern hotel in a great location for sightseeing the many waterfalls in the area. The rooms was spacious with all the necessary facilities. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast service, the 2 staff were unable to maintain all the choices at hand, especially hot items such as bacon etc. We had ask for these to be topped up twice during our stay.

We really liked this hotel. It is newer and the rooms reflect that and are very comfortable. We had a suite which was really spacious for 5 people. We all enjoyed our stay here! Couple things to note for management, 1. Cleaning under the sofa bed couch and mattress needs to occur as there was a swedish fish and other candy under the couch from previous guests; 2. The sofa bed should be made up ans not be just a bare mattress. We stayed in Revelstoke Best Western and the sofa bed was made up, the reception when I went to get bedding stated they don't make it and its a special request—very strange in my opinion; 3. Lastly, they did not have more than 3 extra blankets—we needed extra blankets for our cot and each kid—the blankets are thin. Also strange IMO for a hotel to not have more blankets or a quilt. Overall though, despite the above, fantastic stay. Breakfast was really nice and very helpful staff in the breakfast room, the hotel was very clean and wonderful, the beds were comfy—would stay again.

Das Zimmer war modern und sauber. Check in war okay, aber keine besondere Höflichkeit Pool war geschlossen Das Frühstück: sowas haben wir bestimmt 20 Jahre nicht mehr erlebt- von Nachhaltigkeit hat hier noch keiner was gehört. Besteck und Geschirr aus Plastik, Auch alle Lebensmittel. Wir haben mehr Müll produziert als zuhause in einem Monat- schlimm, das geht gar nicht

Big rooms, very clean. Staff was very helpful, they went out of their way to find somewhere for us to plug in something from our truck. The breakfast was really good and everything was well displayed (very organized, clearly labelled, and plentiful). Very good experience

I would recommend this hotel clean and nice.

The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with a large variety. Staff were very helpful. In a great location with easy access to the beautiful sights. Definitely recommend.
