Nice, clean hotel. Recently renovated. Very friendly staff; pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable. Breakfast was good with several hot options (sausages, eggs, hashbrowns, waffles). Good value for the price.

They mistakenly read the Expedia reservation and said I booked 2 rooms when I did not. Made us wait to get the keys as she did not know what to do and in the end charged me for 2 rooms.

We had a great time that’s where we spent Easter. We went to the train museum in Smiths falls. They had an excellent pool at the hotel and it was so much fun.

Very comfortable rooms. Pillows are awesome, don't always have luck with those.

Would stay here again.

Hotel staff nice, but then, one of our room keys did not work, the room had a bad odor, the toilet rocked when you sat on it, the shower would not drain and would fill the tub. Breakfast was disappointing. Nowhere outside to sit beside 2 chairs.

Convenient to our event. Clean. Comfortable room.
