Very friendly staff

went to check in at 4.00pm . had to wait for staff to return due to taking a break for half hour. Had maintaince worker covering front desk due to staff shortage. Other than that went well.

Staff was great, room was great, breakfast was great. Enjoyed the stay!

Hotel is new and staff is nice…very clean

The hotel was very nice, I asked for a room close to the elevator as I am on oxygen. I got a room on the first floor, but once I was in the room and began to unpack, I realized the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I informed the housekeeping and was moved into another room. Other than that all was good

This place was not bad way over eco-friendly too far. Shower barely let water out couldn't even get the soap off you because of the low flow shower head. I really hate the fact that I have to put the key in the slot to make the electricity work just stupid. But my biggest complaint is I travel a lot and I bring my own Roku or fire Stick so I can watch what I want to on the TV. They have it locked out to where you can't use your own Roku or fire Stick. Ask the desk for the remote to get past that they acted like I was stupid.

Love staying there. However when I showed up, no one was the check-in desk. There was a sign saying they were away. I was waiting for a good while along with two other guest. Phones were ringing as well. Maybe have 2 people at front desk checking in. But overall I love Fairfield.

All the staff me and my sister encountered were very polite and helpful. The property inside and out was very clean. The room was clean, no smell, no stains on the bedding or towels! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly. The bathroom was honestly my favorite 😍 extremely roomy, loved the walk in shower and the mirror. The lighting was okay but the sink water pressure was very low we had to wash our face and brush our teeth using the shower water. Breakfast had some selection but I didn’t get to eat as I was rushing to do makeup and it got cold but I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going to the area.

The property was very clean including the rooms. I enjoyed the convenient location. The bed felt worn and was uncomfortable. The shower was difficult to manage with where the knob to turn it on was placed. Also, the breakfast could be improved.

This is a great hotel. Perfect location to the church that we attended that Sunday morning. Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Muy agradable, muy limpio, muy tranquilo, solo que en la página del hotel dice que manejan el idioma español y la de recepción no intento hablar en español fuera de eso todo muy bien el desayuno bufet, es muy básico hay café,té,jugo,yogurt, avena,cereal, manzana, plátano,pan. No hay huevos al gusto, pero lo que hay está muy bien
