Hotel looked tired. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room décor was a bit garish. Ensuite bathroom smelled damp and musty, looked well-worn. Shower worked well, but wasn't a very pleasant room to spend time in. Plentiful refreshments in room. Those staff that I encountered were helpful and pleasant. Parking was limited - all spaces in use by the time I arrived (early evening). Not very easy to get parked nearby, though parking was free if you could find a space.

This is the second time I have stayed here. I came back as the location is perfect, a short walk from Boscombe Beach. The staff are lovely and welcoming. And the rooms are just what you need for a short stay. I would recommend.

Great place, close to beach, parking (could be full aa few spaces but usually clears quick), kind smiley staff so very good impression upon arrival. Room practical and refurb. Happy :)

Was perfect for what I needed. Have paid double and stayed in worse hotels. Room was clean, shower was hot. Breakfast was extra, but plenty for a tenner. A few off road parking spaces outside the front door, but had no issues getting a space. Raj was a great host. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was offered but I’m not a breakfast person. Really friendly & helpful owners. Would HIGHLY recommend here as a place to stay.

We enjoyed our two night stay in the hotel with a delicious well cooked breakfast. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, the staff were very helpful!

Its name is completely misleading as it is far from a hotel or what you would expect from a hotel. There are no facilities whatsoever and more akin to a B&B, which would have been fine except for the smell. I cannot recommend this place.

I was able to park right outside for no charge and was welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff, who carried my bag to my room. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfy with beautiful soft linen! I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Yes I always stay here when visiting friends in Boscombe A basic hotel but clean reasonably priced and the guy who runs it Raj isalovely bloke.

The owner was delightful and helpful. I had booked a 2 night stay and later added an additional night in a different room to facilitate an early start for a course and avoid a long drive from home before a long day of learning. As space was available, I was offered the same room for all 3 nights which was really helpful. The room was beautifully clean and the facilities perfect. I don't eat breakfast so cannot comment on the food, but it smelt delicious. As a solo traveller I felt safe and welcomed The only reason I have dropped a star is the night noise on 2 of the 3 nights. This was no fault of the owner who was also disturbed and dealt with the issue on both occasions. The fault lay with other anti-social guests and clearly the owner cannot control that.

These owners were very considerate of guests. The hotel building is older but our room was freshly painted and the bathroom was newly remodeled. I'm not sure why they named it the spa hotel. We didn't see anything relating to a spa there. Maybe it's a historic spa town?
