Every door to the units surrounding ours and ours Squeak very loudly, the doors do not sit well in the jams, let in excessive light and you can see clearly through the wide gaps. These are heavy doors with no hydraulic mechanism so they slam shut with a BANG on their own weight. There was evidence of damage on the inside of our door jam of someone trying to break in at some point in the past. We found a used bar of soap in the shower, otherwise the room seemed reasonably clean. We had been informed that due to the capacity booking with young soccer players, there would be additional walkabouts to ensure compliance with the no noise past 10pm policy, but had to call them at 10:30 to ask that they intervene after having to ask youth on multiple occasions to stop playing tag and running/yelling after each other in the hallway and later having parents speaking loudly to each other down the hall with our room in the center of their conversation. A continental breakfast is included, but with a small 2 hour window to eat and a facility that is booked to capacity, it simply wasn’t practical to stand in line that long for that quality of food and then have to carry it back to our rooms due to the tiny space allocated for eating. There was no mention of a parking fee ($6.95/nt) which is ridiculous for a hotel that is not in the downtown core, and is only surface parking on the hotel property with no additional security or protection. Overall a very unpleasant stay!

Not for sleeping, too loud next to freeway and poor walls isolation. Dirty bed frames and torn bed covers. Door frames need fixing, and charging for parking. Not sure why, as this hotel is not in downtown area. Should look for a different location if rest desired.

Everything was great. If I could recommend one thing it would be to change up the breakfast buffet. Eating the exact same egg and sausage became a little mundane by day 3. Otherwise, it was perfect!

The hotel seemed a little rundown. The attached restaurant had terrible service. The hotel staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was the highlight. Very disappointed that we had to pay for parking after the booking.

Was a nice motel/hotel. Could clean around the area to make it more appealing. Everything else was good

It wasn’t told that we had to Rent the minihockey place AND HAVE A HELMET! We chose that Hotel because of that room and we couldn’t have any acces to it…

Its reconditioned Quality Inn old suites, marketed as Comfort Suites. Parking is shared b/w Quality/ Comfort and Holiday Inn suites and Comfort Inn charges USD 6.99/ day for it. Expedia shows parking on property but does not show charges, and you have to toggle down to the bottom in details to see it. I did not see while booking and was shocked to see charges at check-in. Staff waived for me but pretty upset with Expedia on sneaking charges on customers and not showing upfront. Rooms are ok, breakfast was reasonable and pool is great. Room walls are thin so you can hear neighbors and pool does not have showers. Overall 3/5.

The room door sticks so it was hard to open and hard to shut. The same for the door of the balcony very hard to open or close. This was a solid door not a glass patio door, very outdated. Mold around the bathtub, cracks in the ceiling.The room had 2 queen beds and one bed was literally about a foot away from the air conditioner no one could sleep there the cold air was blowing in your face! The air conditioner was very noisy very hard to sleep.

Wonderful location. Fantastic sleep. The front desk manager was the best I have ever encountered. I would return because of him and the upgrades to the hotel from rebranding.

I LOVED the bed!! Slept like a baby! And also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast! So many good things to enjoy! Kept us with lots of energy until early afternoon!

The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was fairly standard, but it was fresh and satisfying. The only downside was that the check-in area was quite crowded when we arrived around 3:00 PM, and we had to wait in line for about 15 minutes. There was also a $7 parking fee that wasn't mentioned beforehand, but the staff kindly waived it after we asked, which we appreciated.

The hotel was a very nice surprise. To be honest, I picked it simply because it was close to Highway 401, was affordable and it looked clean in the photos. We were on the road and wanted something convenient. The hotel was much more than simply convenient. The staff was very friendly, the bed were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was the best I had in my vacation. I would definitely return there.

The doors and hallway are all banged up. The was blood splatters in our blinds. Staff didn’t some see the state of the room. Bed comforters were tattered. No reimbursement or any compensation. They didn’t offer a different room. We left after one night.
