Always a good stay. All staffs are professional and accommodating. Room is very clean. This hotel is my #1 choice when staying in Creteil.

Le personnel est professionnel et efficace, et l’établissement est bien adapté aux séjours d’affaires, petit moins : peu de places disponibles en face de l’hôtel. Very well kept. The air conditioning was great. Service was good. We very much enjoyed our stay there. Close to the Metro.

Awesome staff and clean room

Hotel muito bonito e limpo. Boas comodidades. Excelente custo-benefício.

Hôtel très confortable avec des chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. La literie est remarquable. L'hôtel est bien situé, à la sortie du terminus de la ligne 8 . Le restaurant est très bon. Seul bémol, pour être exigeant, c'est l'absence d'œufs durs au petit dejeuner...mais on arrive tout de même à ne pas rester sur sa faim.

Les dernières personnes recrutées à l’accueil sont bien moins aimables que les anciens. L’attente et le ton hautain sont des nouveautés dans cet hôtel. Je suis déçu alors que j avais l’habitude d’y aller…

Overall it was OK.

Airco not working during first night while temp outside was 40+ celsius. Staff only changed the room the next evening hence without a room a full day while they were trying to repair it. No compensation received. Also room keycard stopped working everyday during 5 night stay so had to renew the key many times. Otherwise hotel was fine with ok breakfast and next to metro. It does take 45-60min to Eiffel Tower and other sights.

The fridge did not work, the telephone didn’t work and when we told front desk staff out it there was simply a blank stare. The ice machine was also constantly broken all this in the middle of a crazy heatwave. Also the restaurant food was terrible and the staff were horrendous. Our experience at this hotel was a nightmare. Thank goodness was we are in Lisbon having a fantastic time in a hotel that is amazing.

Good in general.

The male staff overall had rude attitudes unlike the female staff who were much more welcoming. The staff overall did not do much to help with my broken tv. I brought it up twice to different staff. Also somehow on my first night which I had already paid for in full for my staff they were overbooked creating an inconvenience and safety concern for myself.
