Tidak ada orang yang jaga sama sekali, proses check in cuman dikasi via tablet di lobby dan sangat membingungkan, mau minta bantuan gak bisa. Dikasi no hp ditempel, tapi no lokal, sedangkan kita turis international hanya pake wifi. Ac panas, mau complain tapi tidak bisa karena tidak ada orang sama sekali. Kapok banget nginep di sini.

No live receptionist at the hotel. All are virtual self service. I had no mobile data to make outbound call to live hotel receptionist to get check in code. In the end, I wasted RMx with roaming. What a bad day. The location is far away from city. Other than this, I m OK with the service rendered by cleaning staff. Very polite.
