入住办理快捷，工作人员热情周到。特大床房非常宽敞，窗边还配有一张舒适的躺椅。视野开阔，可以欣赏到城市和高速公路的景色。我不小心把一双鞋落在了房间里，他们也帮我妥善保管了。

服务无可挑剔，下次肯定还会入住。

食物美味可口，种类丰富，甜点也很多。

这是我第一次和闺蜜一起入住这家酒店庆祝我的生日。酒店位置优越，离i-City购物中心很近。员工热情友好，乐于助人。我预订的是豪华套房，可以欣赏到i-City主题公园的美丽景色。我很喜欢夜晚公园绚丽多彩的景象。非常感谢酒店为我准备的小蛋糕，让我惊喜不已😊下次来我还会选择这家酒店。祝愿莎阿南i-City希尔顿逸林酒店2026年一切顺利，也祝愿酒店越办越好！

很棒的新酒店。设施齐全，餐厅也不错。靠近购物中心，出行方便。这是莎阿南I City地区一家很棒的酒店。

希尔顿逸林酒店的待客之道堪称一流。它遵循希尔顿逸林酒店的一贯标准和服务模式。从入住办理到客房设施再到餐饮，一切都非常出色。下次还会入住。

工作人员非常友好且乐于助人。房间干净，没有虫子……非常推荐。

工作人员很友好，离 i-city 中心很近……步行即可到达。房间很干净…… 饼干很美味……可以玩到晚上……

第二次来。太棒了。三天两夜都不够。非常舒适。点了饼干和一盘巧克力蛋糕。菜品种类丰富，厨师厨艺精湛。真的俘获了我们一家人的心。

申请提前入住。房间中午12:30就准备好了（视情况而定）。太棒了！！

枕头太软了，睡不着，不得不叠放三个枕头，但还是不舒服

住宿体验很棒：房间宽敞、干净、设施齐全，而且靠近购物中心。

Check-in was very smooth. We arrived earlier around 1.30 PM and they let us check in early. So thoughtful as we were quite tired since we travelled from Terengganu. As usual, Doubletree always gave their yummy welcome cookies. Warm & delicious. Room cleanliness was top notch. We got a room facing down the pool. Two super single beds were large enough, with very comfy pillows. They even provided 1 extra pillow & 1 extra blanket. Breakfast spread were delicious & lots of variety. One our 2nd day, it was quite crowded as we went down to Makan Kitchen on peak hour thus we had to wait for quite a while for the tables to be available. One of the staff tried to put us at the extended tables located quite far from the restaurant itself, however my husband didn’t agree due to the location. Swimming pool was clean. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We will stay in Doubletree again. Very recommended and worth the price.

Staff hotel sangat membantu dalam kenyamanan tinggal, baik kebutuhan dalam kamar maupun membantu pemesanan taksi ke airport.

Everything was perfect except for the fire alarm triggered during midnight. If it was a false alarm or caused by negligence, I reasonably view it as a service disruption. It could be due to hotel negligence (faulty system or lack of maintenance). I would like to request compensation for the inconvenience

- parking jauh - toilet bowl tiada pili paip agak susah untuk basuh poo anak OKU. tidak mesra OKU. - tempah 2 bilik sebulan awal tetapi dapat bilik bukan bersebelahan malah lain² tingkat. sangat sedih.

Great location and nice room.

Overall, I can say it's a nice hotel and good services... However, the suite room was very uncomfortable, the bedroom was also smaller, the living room was a bit dark and not clean, and in the end, I chose to downgrade to a regular room (which in my opinion felt much more spacious and bright).
