Breakfast good parking good too!

It was ok

Excellent amenities- not much to do near by. Outside there is alot of cigarette butts in the bushes. The walls are a little thin and we were kept up all night by someone’s sleep apnea machine. The breakfast offered is great and the hotel itself is lovely. BUT very expensive.

Within walking distance of a lot stuff. The staff we interacted with were wonderful, the room spacious and lots of breakfast options

We had a great stay at the Best Western in Parry Sound. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The amenities were solid and the location is fantastic perfect for exploring the area. The pool could use a bit of attention, as there was some algae along the base in a few areas. Breakfast was okay, nothing standout, but it did the job. Overall, a positive experience and we would definitely return!

Nicely appointed rooms that include 24 hour free coffee/latte/cappuccino and water refill station as well as a free breakfast buffet. Beds are comfortable.

Clean room. Good breakfast

Room is clean and comfortable enough. However when we arrived at 3:15 (check in is 3 pm) we were told to wait while they “checked” to see if the room had been cleaned?? Breakfast is mediocre. Big issue is that staff appear to have zero understanding or sensitivity re disability accommodation or their obligations as a business. The numerous wheelchair spaces in front were all occupied by cars without permits and staff didn’t seem to care or be inclined to do anything to assist people with disabilities who need them. Accessible room request was not honoured and was told if we wanted it, it would be subject to additional $50-100 fees (no other hotel booked via our frequent Expedia reservations has ever demanded this additional payment for disability accommodation and frankly it’s probably illegal.)

Missed there not being a hot tub

Room, staff, location and pool were all awesome & we love staying here. We travelled with our 2 dogs and 2 adult sons and the 4 of us and dogs were very comfortable. Pool was nice but too cool for my liking as we did a winter trip. We’ll be staying again!
