Not a great Mariott property. First thing it doesn’t justify the price considering the rooms. The only good thing they have is good pool and game-zone area. Service is extremely slow and staff is not that professional as expected from 5 star properties. You need to wait minimum 30 mins to get any food item on your table and sometimes they even miss to deliver your order. We had to even wait for an hour. Overall, Mariott stays are way low when compared to other competitors.

Amazing property family friendly

Food was not nice, struggled to get even a nice omelette. Paranthas were under cooked, poori were overcooked. Breakfast they setup two sections and were telling everyone its all the same in both places, but second place did not had everything when I came back to compare. Staff, chef felt like secondary at the second place. Overall when breakfast had to be highlight, we had a pretty bad experience. Not worth the money they charge. I booked a pool view room, The room they gave us had so many trees in fromt of it, pool was not even visible. The best thing was the pool which we enjoyed alot.

Our experience at Marriott Aravali was quite disappointing and did not meet the standards we expect from a Marriott property. We had reserved a baby cot in advance and were repeatedly assured that it would be set up. However, no one ever brought or installed it. Late at night, after multiple follow-ups, we were informed that no baby cot was actually available, which was extremely inconvenient while traveling with an infant. The check-in experience was equally frustrating. Despite arriving on time, we were not allowed to check in until around 5:00 PM, which is far later than the expected check-in time. The property appeared to be fully booked, and unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed. They struggled to manage the crowd, resulting in long waits and an overall sense of chaos throughout the property. The dinner buffet was quite average and did not justify the expectations associated with a Marriott hotel. Another surprising drawback was the lack of basic amenities. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, and even after repeatedly calling the reception from our room, no one answered or responded to our requests. Overall, the service was unfriendly, unresponsive, and poorly managed. While the property itself has potential, the lack of organization, delayed check-in, poor communication, and inadequate guest service made for a very disappointing stay.

A terrible experience. The front desk staff were dishonest, shameless, and unfriendly. The room was in very poor condition in terms of cleanliness. I seriously question whether this hotel chain is worth the price. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Property is nice and my stay was amazing.

Good weekend getaway, nice place, food and pool. A little untrained staff, impolite sometimes makes for less than an ideal stay.

Very good stay..good hospitality

The location of the property offers a respite from mundane city life without travelling too far. The hospitality was on point. However, in the room, the balcony was not cleaned and was quite dusty. The high tea was not well managed, and the food was a let down too. Thankfully, dinner and breakfast was exceptionally good, especially the Indian cuisine. A big cheer to all the staff attending to us right from stepping out of the vehicle to getting back into it, for always being attentive and warm.
