Absolutely loved my stay and the location was amazing. I will say that due to the carpark being quite small (only fit fiat 500s etc), the staff were really friendly and helpful in finding other car parks at walking distances

We were a family of 4 but had only 2 towels for the shower. Everything was fine besides this.

We loved this hotel! It’s clean, spacious, and well equipped. . Also the best breakfast and professional staff. The rooftop restaurant has great food and a nice atmosphere. The location was good and we had no trouble parking on the street within a 10 minute walk. They do have a garage but the entrance is very narrow and the surrounding streets are not easy to drive on, also very narrow with many pedestrians. I recommend parking on a side Street and taking a short walk to the hotel. We parked every night in from of the Biblioteca and had no problems, Look forward to visiting again.

Excellent value for money, with the added bonus of a prime location. I suggest arranging an agreement with the plaza's parking garage, as the on-site parking is extremely small and narrow.

Nice hotel - very clean - very comfortable bed and great shower. A bit noisy at weekends, but fine on other nights. Great central location. TV not great - limited channels which sometimes didn’t have great reception. Screen mirroring function didn’t work during our stay. Pool more decorative as very shallow - not one for swimming in. Overall a really good hotel that does the important things right.

Hotel confortable, muy bien situado, moderna decoración y limpio. Cumple con las expectativas y las necesidades de un hotel de ciudad. En cuanto al personal de recepción, diré, que trato, correcto, sin más. La palabra amabilidad y simpatía, creo que no la conocen todavía. No sé si es porque el personal es muy joven y no tienen soltura en su trato con el público o porque están haciendo prácticas y les pasa lo mismo.

Hotel in ottima posizione, belle stanze, pulite, letti comodi, ottimo bagno ma stupita che in un 5 stelle marriot non ci siano le pantofole, passi la mancanza dell'accappatoio. Comunque ottima colazione per tutti i gusti, personale gentile bella terrazza. Da consigliare.

Our room was beautiful, well lit and nicely appointed. We appreciated the small round table with two chairs (so often there’s only one) and individually controlled lights on each side of the bed. The open air (so to speak) closet is well conceived. Two (overhead locker sized) roller board suitcases, when opened, fit perfectly side by side on the low shelf. Drawers below provide ample space for those who wish to unpack. And, the space below that is perfect for shoes. We also appreciated “quiet” HVAC. The roof deck lounge is quite nice. Pool water could use some heat and the lounges don’t have much of an upright position option. But, throw pillows from nearby sofas work to make the lounges more comfortable for reading. The view from the deck is lovely! We did not opt for breakfast, as we chose to explore cafes. But, the morning spread looked delicious as we walked by. The hotel location is perfect for all sorts of activities…walking, catching a bus, taking a taxi or meeting a guide. All-in-all, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Chambre très propre. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner copieux avec un personnel très très aimable. Mention spéciale à Luz qui est extraordinaire et nous a accueilli comme des rois. J’ai adoré la vue où on voit la ville qui se réveille tout en prenant son café le rooftop est très sympa. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top et proche de tout. Je recommande.

Bien dans l’ensemble mais chambre un peu petite pour une famille de 4 personnes

Notre chambre etait collé sur un ilot qui montait jusqu au toit . Alors la musique du roof-est a résonné jusqu a 1h am . Ce fut vraiment impossible de dormir . Soirée dédommagement de la part de l hotel.

Parfait bien situé dans le centre ville

Staff were v professional upon arrival and helpful. The hotel is next to a lovely square and amenities are very close by. There is a gym for the super models and a nice restaurant for the rest of us. A short walk (20 mins) to the port if you’re catching the cruise liner and a 20min walk to the bus station to go anywhere on the island. Clean and up to date. They have a sister hotel in Gran Canaria, the class runs through the hotels.
