Great place to stay, comfortable and clean room.

Todo muy bien limpio y agradable buena vista clima perfecto

Lo bueno: el personal es atento, la vista del cuarto es linda, las camas son cómodas. Estaba limpio. Lo que deben mejorar por el precio que se paga: la propiedad debería estar reluciente, y no lo está. Los muebles en general están pelados, la ducha no tenía presión, el desayuno es modesto. Idealmente, por el bien del lago, No tener plásticos de un solo uso.

Beautiful views, incredible staff, and lovely pools. Remember to pack a towel because no pool towels were provided in the rooms (and you’ll definitely want one). There was also a wedding on the property with very loud music that went from afternoon to late at night, which impacted the peace of our stay. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place.

Everything was perfect!

The hotel overall was great! The only miss was the food options. You have to drive a little while if you want to eat dinner at a restaurant. There are a lot of places around the main street its on, but they are mostly grab n go instead of sit down. The Pampa is in walking distance but the walk is elevated to get to it. Great place for relaxation, views, and some water activities.

I loved this place. What a beautiful view watching the mountains and the lake. I stayed in lake view and I wished I would’ve stayed there longer than one night. The pool was relaxing and the restaurants were convenient all being in the surrounding area of the hotel. Definitely will come here again.

Great views and the room was nice

Amazing place to unwind. The view the place the scenery is ideal and absolutely stunning. The outdoor pool is ideal to relax with a drink watch the sunset and just chill. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Room was nice clean and spacious. Staff always friendly and helpful.

They don't have chairs, no iron, no hair dryer, no furniture at all inside of the room just the bed,

Clean but remember we’re in tropics, so lots of bugs outside. Some get in, otherwise. Simple place but most stunning views. For a few days hiking, st Anne’s volcano about 45min drive, a must hike. Moderate. It’s a sleepy place. Great wifi, can jet ski or kayak, sadly no time there left

La habitación ordenada, limpia muy bonita. Parqueo difícil de parquear, muy reducido. Meseros mal servicio, preferible ir uno a pedir directamente. Comida precio muy elevado para lo que dan. No hay acceso para carruajes y silla de ruedas. Tienen rampas pero con piedra, lo que dificulta los traslados y pendientes mayores a las recomendadas. Personal de Lobby, Jet ski y lancha muy amables, bastante agradables.

Staff let us check in early

Pros: Views, decent pool area, peaceful surroundings. Cons: Super hard mattress (woke up with back aches), cheap, rough bedding and worn towels that badly need replacing. Felt like a motel quality stay honestly—my friend and I felt like we were glamping. Food and water amenities were overpriced as we found better, cheaper options offsite. Had to request maintenance for slow draining sink and low water pressure. Bed creaked.
