Everyone was so nice and helpful. We had a wonderful time and the Green Fig was unique and beautiful.

I take great care in doing my research before booking each vacation and I had high expectations for this resort. I am happy to say all expectations were absolutely exceeded! This is an astonishingly beautiful and unique spot to stay. Every single staff member was amazingly gracious and welcoming, we enjoyed the food and absolutely loved this stay. The resort attracts very interesting guests and would highly recommend booking the excursions. Prices are reasonable and the drivers are excellent…roads are not for the faint of heart!’ Truly a beautiful island and resort is in the heart of it in every way. Highlight for us was doing the Gros Piton hike, we are in our mid fifties and although a challenge, loved every minute of it (although next day definitely a beach/snorkel/recovery day!) We also really enjoyed the low key yet very talented nightly entertainment, excellent way to end the day! So very thankful to have spent five nights here, cannot wait to to return!

The room I stayed in was outdated and a bit unclean, but the views were amazing and staff were great.

The Food at the Green Fig was excellent. Loved the option of continental breakfast with the fresh fruit and juices. The staff was so kind.

Our recent stay at The Green Fig Resort was excellent. The staff was incredible - friendly, efficient, responsive and helpful. Although other large resorts are available at St. Lucia, the small size of The Green Fig Resort made us feel appreciated and welcomed. We met other couples while staying there and enjoyed their company as well. With only 30 rooms, it felt intimate and cozy. The owners were on site during our stay and they were friendly and welcoming as well. We were not prepared for all of the nice amenities at The Green Fig. First of all, the food is delicious. We're pretty particular about quality and taste - it met and exceeded our standards. We ended up eating dinner there 3 of our 5 night stay because it was so good. Breakfast is excellent - service is excellent. Also, I had the privledge of having a Coffee Scrub in the spa and it was a superior treatment (and I've been to many spas around the world). I would highly recommend a spa treatment there. Also, since The Green Fig is located high on a hillside, I was concerned about transportation to activities and dining. The staff is efficient about booking drivers for transportation - we relied on them for all of it - including airport transfers. You can also book your activities directly with them when you arrive. We loved the Tet Paul Hike, Volcano - Mud Bath - Botanical Garden-Waterfall tour. This is not a fancy resort, but truly provides a unique St. Lucia experience!

Outdated room but very nice staff and unbelievable room. Low water flow in shower (Room 102). Staff provided earplugs which was great for the smoke detector sound coming from frogs all night. Would stay again but ideally in one of the newer rooms.

The resort staff are amazing! Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They made arrangements for our transportation and excursions. The view from the room is stunning.

Such a unique experience with views that are hard to believe. Great location, just a little noisy at night if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is so unique. Balcony looks out to the ocean and The Gros Piton. Excursions were fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff were excellent. The drivers were friendly and very knowledgeable

The view was the only thing worth it.

Beautiful and big room with 2 couch chairs, one bigger couch, lots of floor space and a big bed. Also an amazing view of the Piton right outside the window along w the view of the whole town.

Beautiful views of ocean and Piton, relaxing vibe, helpful staff for setting up taxis, airport transfers, and pleasant service for delicious continental breakfast and dinner.

What an amazing property this is and equally amazing staff First off we were greeted by Kelcey (hope I’m spelling the name right) who was super helpful in all the activities we needed to book or things we wanted to do, always with a super friendly disposition. Thank you Kelcey At the restaurant which serves some really good food (fish fritters, yum) we were attended by Lee who was very helpful in making suggestions and had a great personality Every room in this property has an amazing view of the bay, the town of Soufrière and the wonderful Petit Piton, rooms have very nice balconies and some have a small private pool, rooms are very spacious and well decorated Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful Massage therapists were also great. Highly recommend if you're able and fit to tackle stairs at least 4x a day. We stayed at a five star resort before near Rodney Bay and Green Figs had better service and food. The view is unbeatable as you can see Petit Piton from your room, restaurant and pool. While the pools here are small given the area it never felt crowded, as most of the time we had the main pool to ourselves. We stayed at the Sunset Junior Suite and the room was comfy, roomy and designed very well. Appreciate the slippers provided and free shuttle to town. We met one of the owners during our stay and he was very welcoming, offering some helpful tips for the nearby attractions. The only downside is that the town gets noisy at night which is out of control of the resort, especially when we were there during their Independence holiday. Also make sure you store food in the fridge. We had some late night critters visit us the first night and took a nibble of some fruit we bought at the market. Management sent someone to help take care of it the next day but we also were more careful of food being out.

Rooms were the best part, but the smell of urine was awful. Sanitation was poor. People’s shower

The staff was the best part of the property. This property could be incredible but needs some care. The room was clean but bathroom shower tiles were missing and the shower faucet was either burning hot or freezing. The railings around the property are not secure and being build on the cliff this should be a real concern. Needs some power washing and ground clean up. Lots a debris around the resort.

Fantastiskt hotell med utsikt vart du än befinner dig! Vi var väldigt nöjda med vårt rum där man varje morgon kunde vakna med utsikt över Petit Piton ⛰️ Väldigt smidigt att kommunicera med teamet för att boka utflykter och bord. Min största besvikelse var frukosten som ingick. Det var väldigt dåligt utbud och där skulle man kunna exempelvis kunna erbjuda ägg, lite mer pålägg och croissanter. Frukosten har inget protein…. Lunchen var jättebra men middagen var en besvikelse, vi beställde en fin köttbit och bad om medium rare men det var den verkligen inte.

It was New Year’s Eve. We waited more than an hour past our dinner reservation time to be seated. Told to wait at the bar and receive complimentary drinks. Only complimentary if you like rum punch. It’s not mine or my wife’s thing. Ordered the overpriced lobster dinner, approx $150 US per person, and it wasn’t good at all. My wife couldn’t even eat hers. For the price I forced mine down. Was just mush. Check in was easy. The room was comfortable. The views were spectacular. Staff was nice.
