I would have to say I was a bit disappointed. Staying at a CR7 property, I expected more from the property itself — not the staff, who were excellent throughout my stay. Below is a quick recap of the pros and cons. Pros: • Great location in an upscale neighborhood • Staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional • Spacious rooms • Comfortable beds and pillows • Great restaurants and cafés nearby — Café % Arabica was my favorite • Pool area was nice and well maintained Cons: • Pool closes early at 6:30 PM • The property itself did not feel particularly well maintained. At times, it felt more like a Vegas-style property — more hype than attention to guest experience and details • Only one small trash can in the room • Food and drinks were a bit overpriced for the quality • Shampoo and body wash were below average • Limited in-room TV entertainment. No movie app options if you want to relax in during the morning or evening

Beautiful hotel with very extraordinary staff

The staff was amazing and the breakfast provides you many choices. The location is perfect right next to high end shopping and any food you want.

An amazing stay from start to finish. The staff are fantastic — we even got a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. The pool is lovely and the hotel has a warm, cozy feel throughout. Only minor note: a few loose tiles in the shower, but nothing that affected the experience. Highly recommended!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The only problem noisy

Room 131 was not ideal. A lot of noise from outside Airco units 24/7. Also garbarge disposal you can heat and it is near the cleaner room. Windows could't be locked. Cabinet was half broken. Shower head has a leak. Toilet door was also not smooth when openening. Also a lot of noise all Day and Night of chairs of tables moving around. It stops around 2.00 am and starts 7.00 am. I do not recommend that specific room. Not for that price. Also swimming pool was very small. Roof top Restaurant was not open. I won't come back unfortunately bewaard in my own experience.

The hotel resides in a new american style shopping development. Whether this is good or bad depends what you are looking for. The rooms were nice, the breakfast ok. I did enjoy the adjacent CR7 sportsbar which had excellent service and draft beer -- a rarity in Morocco.

premier jour, première chambre : climatisation defectueuse à 15H00, réparation faite, chambre laissée salle après réparation. On revient le soir à 23H00 : la climatisation ne marche toujours pas et le ménage n'a pas été fait après le passage de 15H00 !!! Deuxième jour : on change de chambre : le séjour comporte une grande baie vitrée et une porte fenetre accédant à la terrasse. Bizarrement, ils ont mis un super rideau occultant sur la baie vitrée mais... rien sur la porte fenetre. Du coup, réveil à 5H00 du matin car ma fille dormait dans le sejour

The hotel was fine, and location safe, but staff definitely doesn't go out of their way to help you out. I couldn't find a place to buy bottled water and they always told me to get it through room service at a hefty price. No one told me: "you can also walk to the shop down the street". There is no music or nice smell in the lobby which I don't get. The chairs at check-in are awfully low and uncomfortable and you feel like you are lying in your chair. Rooms and Breakfast were great but the hotel in general could use a bit of attention

não usamos o estacionamento. piscina bem localizada no ultimo andar. cafe da manha bem servido e gostoso. localizaçao um pouco longe do centro , tinhamos que pegar taxi na rua. hotel nao tinha disponibilidade de transfer para nenhum lugar.mas o hotel é bom para quem quer sair dos riads do centro. eu recomendo.

Staff were amazing, Pool was beautiful!

The staff are so friendly and considerate. Room was a great size with great facilities and spotlessly clean. The pool area was lovely and staff to bring you drinks and food were very helpful.
