Service was excellent, breakfast was hot and delicious

All the staff was helpful and amazing here! The manager gives excellent service and care to her guests. Excellent response time to anything we asked for. Will definitely stay again and recommend!

People would put their trash and towels outside of their room it was messy

The staff were very friendly and helped with any needs we had. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of five. There was one elevator out of service that a staff member told us had been down for a while, so that slowed down going up and down to our fifth floor room. The breakfast never seemed to be restocked well throughout the service time, but the cereal station, oatmeal, and yogurt kept us fed and were free. So we can’t complain too much. Overall this was a pleasant stay and we would come back again the next time we vacation in Destin.

Such a nice room facing the ocean. Perfect for families. Breakfast was more than expected and the gym was very nice!

Good place

The receptionist Daverna was super cool and nice. Housekeeper was very friendly when requested towels on my floor. Overall really enjoyed the staff and the clean hotel.

Everything was close by

First time stay but not last time. Very clean, spacious room, they even have stove, full size refrigerator, plates and bowls and silverware’s plus measuring cup, love the bathroom. Great location, walking to track arcade game place within 10 mins, very close to Henderson beach! 🏖️ love this place. Very penny worth!

Fully booked hotel with only one elevator and one washer working. Very small pool. Breakfast is not very good, weird options. Had to wait in line for everything and took forever to get to and out from your room because of elevator.

It was nice💕

I loved everything about our stay from the nice general manager that checked us and and the friendly staff . They gave us some great recommendations for places to eat . I enjoyed my free gift and our room was very nice and spacious. The breakfast was ok but hey overall we enjoyed our stay the location is perfect the beach is across the street and the waterpark was very close .

Great service

Overall, this is a great hotel. Wonderful location, clean and updated building and very nice staff. We really appreciated the kitchenette with good sized refrigerator. The only thing we didn’t love was the breakfast, which was the same thing every day. It wouldn’t been great if food offerings were switched up now and then.
