This was a favorite hotel of our trip. Great location an easy walk from the train station. Super staff with great restaurant suggestions. Super nice amenities and a spacious and quiet room. The elevator is from 1901 and runs beautifully. Very nice breakfast on offer. Highly recommended.

Easy walk from the train station. Safe for a solo traveler. After a long day of travel, I was so grateful for the lovely shower and great soaps.

Nel nostro pur breve soggiorno abbiamo apprezzato cortesia, profossionalità e accoglienza. Camere confortevoli e ottimamente insonorizzate (condizione non sempre scontata per strutture presenti in ambito cittadino). Struttura elegante posta a pochi passi dalla Stazione Brignole, è particolamente indeale per chi raggiunge Genova in treno e vuole poi visitate la città. Per concerti ed eventi sportivi, stadio raggiungibile in 15 minuti di autobus. 25 per chi invece preferisce camminare. Per noi colazione non inclusa in fase di prenotazione, poi richiesta in luogo al giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Promosso su tutta la linea.

Very good. Everything. Small but very comfortable

Hotel was very nice, clean, and well decorated. We really enjoyed the room and had a very nice, spacious bathroom. They even provided free waters, sodas, and snacks. Great location for access to the train station. A bit of a walk to the old town, but all walkable.

Das Hotel verfügt über keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist jedoch sehr gut, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt bequem zu Fuss erreichen kann. Die Unterkunft kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen.

The hotels is only a 5 minute walk from the station and 15 min walk from the historic center. The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. There is an elevator!

Beautiful hotel with lots of character. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Good location for the station, the Volabus and for exploring the city. Our only comment would be that the shower head needed a clean so all the water jets could function. Otherwise great room, spacious and very comfortable.

Beautiful lobby, bar area and room. We got the family room which was an absolute delight and pleasant surprise. Two large adjacent luxurious rooms with fantastic amenities and toiletries. The staff is very quick to respond and bring any additional needs requested. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good system of reserving taxis if needed and can do this in a jiffy. Breakfast was great at the hotel too. Since it is in the city center, the noise level at night time is something that takes a little adjustment (ambulances, scooters, cars) driving by but the room was so good that it was a little compromise to make. Kids loved the room! Wish we would have stayed more. The old style elevator adds a touch of charm as well!
