Property is well maintained but the hotel is joined with a resident area so you have to take a seperate elevator to get to your room and to the roof top pool. Can be quite inconvenient if mobility is an issue.
Pool view of the Burj Khalifa is a gem but pool lounge chairs are hard to get as you cannot hold your chairs. Since its a roof top pool, its smaller than the average pool so it will get crowded.
Gym is one of the best i have seen. Up to date equipment and views are spectacular!
To get access to the Metro is quite convenient, only a 15 mins walk from the hotel and taxis are abundant.
Only had the breakfast buffet, a variety of choices but was disappointed that I was not permitted to take away a cup of coffee. (my earlier residence at a 5 star hotel in the Palm did not have such restrictions).
Overall happy but there are some limitations.
