Great spot in France. Close to everything. Walk to most everything!

Absolutely adore this hotel!! Returned a couple of weeks later as I liked it so much. Great breakfast and staff can’t do enough for you. Has a great vibe overall and conveniently located.

Le personnel et les services ne sont pas la cause de ma faible note, au contraire, sans eux cela aurait été encore pire. Le souci provient uniquement des nuisances sonores provenant de la rue sur laquelle donnait la chambre. La musique jusqu’à tard dans la nuit puis les gens éméchés qui crient. Suivis par le bruit des engins de nettoyage à 5h du matin. Bref sommeil inexistant mais accueil et petit déjeuner au top. Les chambres donnant sur cour doivent être parfaites !

This hotel is in a great location, center of the city and right across the street from Office of Tourism where tour groups pick you up for excursions into the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Avignon. If I go back I would stay there again.

An excellent hotel - very comfortable and clean, good beds and bedding, as well as modern bathroom and lavatory fittings. The staff are charming and the provision of a hospitality tray in the room was an unusual and a welcome amenity in a French hotel. The buffet breakfast is excellent with fresh home-cooked options, cereals, a varied and interesting selection of viennoiseries, freshly pressed orange juice and very good coffee. The small bar is well stocked, the drinks generous and reasonably priced. They will even lend umbrellas if needed! The location is excellent - at the end of the main shopping street, within easy walking of the museums, galleries, Papal palaces and gardens and -a real bonus-5 minutes walk from the central railway station with regular services to the TGV station (about a 6 minute journey.

Wonderful small hotel in a remodeled older structure right in the heart of old Avignon. Staff very professional and helpful and accommodating, even received a nice hand written welcome note from the property manager (very nice touch), and a free cotton travel bag. Wonderful room with view of the street. Very close to the old palace and many great dining options. Ten minute walk from the train station, which connects by 15 minute ride to the TGV station, so super easy to get to. We stayed two nights, the room was surprisingly large and very comfortable. This hotel has a good elevator but there are a few odd steps upon entry. Both the elevator lobby and the reception area are about two feet above ground level, so when you walk in, you have to step up to the reception, then back down, then back up to get to the elevator bank. Part of the charm of being in a historic building I guess. Anyway, would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is blessed with awesome staff. The hotel is centrally located and its an easy walk to parking as well as all the sites you are there to see. The room was great but noisy, you can easily hear street sounds in your room, so dont expect to sleep past 4am, when the street cleaners and garbage trucks come by. Everything street side echos along and up the buildings, even arguments among drunks and homeless.

We loved the place. Very well located, near the train station, and walking distance to all Avignon sites. There are very good restaurants with a 5 min walk. The room was ample and clean. Shower was great. Service excellent. Good breakfast. Overall very happy.

Quarto amplo e muito confortavel. Servico maravilho. Limpeza dos quartos muito boa. Um ponto nefstivo e a falta de frigobar...

O Hotel tem ótima localização, quarto confortável e limpo, apesar de um pouco pequeno. A equioe da recepção atente de maneira protocolar e em nada faz para ajudar. Chegamos às 13h, e pedimos para ocupar o quarto para trocarmos de roupa e mesmo o hotel aparentemente vazio disseram que não seria possível porque o check in era às 15h. Aliás eu não entendo porque os cheki in estão cada vez mais tarde e os checkout mais cedo. Afinal pagamos por uma diária e não por meia diária, além disto na precisam de 4 ou 5 horas para arrumar o quarto.

Well run and decent all around. Excellent location in the touristy old town. The downside is party people are noisy so bring ear plugs. We didn't opt for the breakfast because we felt it was a bit pricey and we were happy to go get a croissant and cafe au lait ourselves.

This hotel was in the perfect location, close to everything. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. I highly recommend including breakfast with your stay. The food was so fresh and incredible a the atmosphere was relaxing.

スタッフの対応、部屋の設備や毎日のお掃除等ホテルらしいホテルで安心して過ごせました。 ただ、もう少し熱いシャワーが出ると嬉しかった。それから冷蔵庫があると良かった。 電気ポットあり。エレベーターまで3段段差がありましたが、スタッフが手伝ってくれました。 近くにモノプリがあります。会計を済ませたところに電子レンジがあるので、温めもできました。
