We enjoyed the stay

Excellent staff, beautiful hotel, great breakfast. Will stay again

Pleasant 4 nights trip to Romainia. A little disappointed that the pool/spa/sauna were closed for refurbishment! However, the hotel was close to the Old Town, shops, restaurants and metro/buses for convenience travel around the city and further a field.

Perfect location old but great hotel.

Check-in was excellent and fast and they even upgraded our room. Comfortable bed and nice bedding, open balcony. The hotel is in a great location and very central, close to the old town and close to the metro. The room is mostly comfortable but the bathtub is very high and difficult to get into. Even though we are a couple, for 3 nights they left us only one towel and on the fourth night they left no towels at all, every night I called the lobby to get more towels and it was very annoying. The heating didn't work even though it was 6 degrees outside because the hotel switched to summer mode - the room was freezing.

It was amazing, the room was quite and clean. The house keeping was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful, we got the room very quickly and it was as described in the order.

Lovely hotel. And very friendly attentive staff. Comfy and clean, and absolutely nothing to improve on my side. My only “complaint” was that I arrived very late, was jet lagged and hungry, checked into my room, and read the folder provided that said room service as available 24/7, so had a shower, washed my hair first before ordering. Picked up the phone to order around 23:20 to be told it’s no longer available and I would need to use an app such as bolt food to order. This was a little frustrating to me as otherwise I would have ordered earlier. So they should update their folders in the rooms. But other than that? It was a lovely stay!

Great staff, Emma at reception was really good. Had issues with the room we were in and they changed it asap. Issues were AC not working in the room, jacuzzi not in order, steam room not in order. Breakfast was very good and rest of staff helpful.

Very nice hotel

Everything was great during my stay (which was my second time at this hotel). Only two small bummers - 1. The jacuzzy and the steam sauna were out of order. 2. The shower handle holder is a bit loose and the handle keeps falling.

Staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Rooms and property was clean and well kept. Good value for money.

Everything looks amazing at first glance, when you start taking a closer look, you notice the issues. For instance, the bathroom door in my room was chipped and peeling at the bottom, there was a wall outlet that had its cover hanging by a screw, and the weather stripping on the balcony door was damaged so that you can hear the wind whistle and the air seeps in. The restaurant was fantastic though, which is why I have it at 3 stars. The manager there took the time to chat with me while waiting for my meal. Whereas the receptionists weren’t very helpful. When I checked out a day early and asked for a refund for the unused day, they didn’t even ask why I wasn’t happy with the accommodations.
