A clean, tidy, and spacious apartment with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Easy to find and within walking distance of York. The secure garden was a great bonus, and the apartment was well designed with a good bathroom and plenty of storage space. A comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I would highly recommend.

The kings room was beautiful and cozy. The space was great and clean. It was a bit freaky to get the key since it was a brick wall you had to go into but it ended up not going anywhere and just had a bunch of keys and also it’s closer to the train station than posted but honestly you can walk the city walls into the city centre which is only 10 mins away. It is a gated condo and used a fob to get into the gate and into the building which made us feel safe. Overall we really liked the condo, the location and the city! Great trip and wish we stayed longer.

Fabulous apartment in a quiet location and yet just a few mins walk from the railway station. Secure, gated complex with a communal garden. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for York. Very walkable. Photos are accurate. I would stay here again if I was back in the area.

Booking this reservation through Expedia, I wasn’t expecting a full apartment. The place was very clean, and the welcome gift was appreciated. The portable AC unit worked great, and I appreciated the Dyson fan in the bedroom. There’s no view, and it was a little noisy when other residents were leaving for work in the morning and trucks were driving by, but the perks outweighed the negatives. The kitchen was nicely stocked with glasses, dishes, and cookware. The host was communicative, and the check-in instructions were spot on.

Lovely apartment in a really good position, only a 5 min walk to the river and 10 mins from the shambles, when we arrived at the apartment there was a welcome pack waiting for us which was nice of , the apartment had everything you need, nice lounge, really comfortable bed, nice bathroom, just cannot fault anything, would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was cleann, spacious and comfortable. The box of York goodies was a welcome suprise. The apartment is a five minute from the Railway station which is extremely convenient. It's also very close to the City centre, tha Minster and loads of attractions.

Excellent stay at Kings 23 York. Easy self check-in & Check-out, everything explained via email before arrival. Property immaculately clean with everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Lovely Welcome Pack & Toiletries supplied, greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay again when visiting York. Five Stars.

Fabulous apartment, immaculate throughout & fantastic location, only criticism were the pillows which were hard and lumpy, so we didn’t get the best sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little apartment, could move in tomorrow! Only fault for us was the bed and pillows weren’t very comfy. Such a shame as it was faultless otherwise.

Great apartment, really well situated especially if you are arriving by train. Directions and instructions very clear with good communication from the property. Would be a lovely place for a coupke of nights, even better if staying for a longer time period.
