Jättefint hotell med fantastisk restaurang och takbar. Ligger fint vid vattnet och nära till allt! Mycket bra frukost med färskpressad juice.

The Bad: The hotel failed to reply to multiple Expedia messages regarding a ferry terminal pickup. Communication is paramount. Because of this silence, my wife and I had to walk half a mile at 9:40 PM from the furthest pier, tired and carrying heavy luggage in an unfamiliar city. The Good: The hotel's recovery was outstanding. The next day, Magda the manager was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to fix the reception lapse. She provided several complimentary drinks and paid for our airport taxi upon checkout. The Property: The hotel itself is excellent. We enjoyed beautiful sea views, a very comfortable bed, and a great breakfast. Giannis at the rooftop bar deserves a special mention for his superb, 10/10 customer service. Location: Perfectly situated. It is highly convenient for the ferries, city centre, and airport, with great bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel throughout, highly recommend.

On Residence ist wirklich das perfekte Hotel für einen kurzen Städtetrip nach Thessalonik. Der Service war tadellos, das Zimmer geräumig und sauber, und obwohl wir mit einem Baby unterwegs waren, das manchmal etwas laut sein kann, wurden wir mit größter Gastfreundschaft empfangen. Nachdem wir eine kleine Sauerei beseitigt hatten, die unser Baby beim Frühstück angerichtet hatte, sagte die Kellnerin: „Bitte, wir kümmern uns darum. Das ist doch ganz normal bei Babys, wir lieben Kinder hier.“ Das einzige "Problem" ist, dass die Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Hotel begrenzt sind, wenn man länger als ein paar Tage bleiben möchte oder das Wetter schlecht ist. Es gibt keinen Pool und der „Fitnessraum“ ist ein winziger Raum mit zwei Cardiogeräten und ein paar leichten Hanteln. Wenn ich also etwas verbessern könnte, würde ich hier ansetzen. Sollten wir jedoch nach Thessaloniki zurückkehren, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im ON Residence übernachten.

An zentraler Lage, angenehmes Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Austattung gut und Empfang freundlich. Mitarbeitende am Empfang und Service wirkten eher reserviert und zurückhaltend. Gerade bei Check In wäre etwas Information über Lage und Umgebung angebracht. Frühstück sehr gut, frisches Obst und frischgepresster Orangensaft. Rooftopbar wirkte etwas verschlafen als wir uns sie anschauten.

Couldn’t fault a single thing, as with anywhere it’s the staff who make it all work and there is a team here, second to none. From rooftop to breakfast 5 star + Can’t wait to return. Thank you so much.

Amazing boutique hotel experience. Would recommend 100% and would definitely stay again. It was clean, cute, amazing views of the water, excellent breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. A 10/10

Ons verblijf in ON Residence was fantastisch! Prachtige kamers met een geweldig uitzicht, alles was super netjes en verzorgd. De service was top: vriendelijk personeel en een heel professionele aanpak. Extra pluspunt was de valet parking — onze auto werd meteen voor ons geparkeerd. Zeker een aanrader voor wie luxe en comfort zoekt in Thessaloniki!

The room was spotless and the staff were really helpful with everything. The location is perfect for walking to the historic sites, we had a lovely balcony looking over the sea. The breakfast options were excellent, something for everyone. Highly recommended.

Hotelin ambiyansı, konumu,temizliği, kahvaltısı, roof manzarası , çalışanların nezaketi her şeyi kusursuzdu gerçekten. Selanik'e bir kez daha gitsem yeniden bu hotelde konaklamak isterim.
