Can’t ask for better for the price. Also next to a gas station which is really convenient.

Moi ce que je n'ai pas aimé, j'ai essayée à plusieurs reprises de canceller cette chambre mais pas moyen. Il fallait que je passe par ÉXPÉDIA et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Donc je n'utiliserai plus ce moyen de réservation. J'avais un rendez-vous à l'hopital de Val D'OR qui a été cancellé. J'ai essayé de cancellé à partir de 10h am par EXPEDIA on me dit que ca prend quelque minutes pour me répondre en plus c'est un agent virtuel et je vous le dis j,ai attendu 3 fois une heure et plus et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Donc pour moi c'est fini, et je ne ferai pas de bonne recommandation pour ce moyen et ce motel.

Nobody at the reception desk. They didn't send me the right access code for the front door. TV wasn't working. Lots of noise (screams from other room).

Good customer service

Booked a room, and paid for it. At arrival was threatened that if i dont have a credit card for other service to give they wont give me the room that was already paid for.. normally a credit card for extra is required when hotle has amenities this one absolutely nothig of such... never again

Good hotel for the cheap price

Bonjour l'hôtel sigma sa l'aurait été parfait mais le ménage avait pas été fait dans la chambre car ont voilait que les dras et oreiller était salle. Plus Cheveux poil dans le lit

This is a decent place to stay for the price. I would stay again. We were driving across the country and stopped for the night. I removed one star because the room had a bad smell. The bathroom really smelled like poop… I’m guessing it was the pipes because the smell persisted until the morning. The rest of the room also had not so great of a smell. But otherwise, room was fine, and like I say, for the price I’d probably still stay again. Also - the self checkin was great! You put your info in a tablet and scan your key card. No need to talk to anyone. I’ve never seen that before. Wish more hotels had this.

Ok hotel

The room was very smelly and damp. Wooden floor was slippery and wet with some kind of smelly liquid. Before I could open the room and report it to the reception, the receptionist closed the office and ran away within few minutes. Me and my family had no other choice as it was late in the night. Very disappointed with the hotel and Hotels.com. This property shouldn't be listed on hotels.com....Losing confidence on Hotels.com quality.
