The cleaning staff were absolutely horrible. I had to beg for towels and cleaning products. However, the reception staff were helpful to restore some sanity. They went above and beyond to aid me during a GI illness during my trip. Kudos to them! Should fire all cleaning staff immediately. They were rude and obnoxious.

Compte tenu de mon vol de départ ( 09/05/2026) vers minuit, plus je suis arrivée à 4h du matin ( 03/05/2026) à cause de retard du vol, j'avais négocié à libérer ma chambre vers 15h30. La réception avait accepté ma demande. Mais lorsque j'ai fais le check-out vers 15h45, la réception m'a facturé 38000 Fcfa pour la raison de Late Check-Out. Je trouve que ceci n'est pas normal.

O HOTEL É NORMAL , QUARTO GRANDE, PORÉM CHUVEIRO SÓ TEM ÁGUA QUENTE POR MENOS DE 5 MINUTOS, FIZ RECLAMAÇÃO E NADA ADIANTOU. PORÉM O MAIS IMPORTANTE ... LOCALOZAÇÃO ( BAIRRO/SITIO) PESSÍMO. NÃO VALE A PENA SE HOSPEDAR LÁ PRINCIPALMENTE PELA LOCALIZAÇÃO . NÃO INDICO NÃO PELO HOTEL E SIM PELA LOCALIZAÇÃO

Well appointed and decent size room. Cleaned regularly as well. The area is quiet but on a small street.

I love Hotel de Fleur Lys it is very welcoming and confortable. I extended my stay in the hotel because it was very convenient.

The room was cleaned everyday and two bottles of water were placed on the table every day gratis , the staff were excellent one in particular her name is Maria . The view from the swimming pool was worth the cost alone .

I liked the location. It was very close to the Conference i wa attending. The security staff was also great. They helped get cabs before I downloaded two ride-sharing services and even then, they checked the license plate number. The young women at the front were great despite the fact that my French is minimal and only one staff had very good English. They were very helpful!

Really enjoyed staying at that hotel. I’ve received a warm welcome at the hotel. And the employees were very nice and respectful.

Fleur de Lys Point E est bien situé, son plus est la piscine sur le roof top. La carte du restaurant est variée et les prix pratiqués sont raisonnables. Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié.

Hotel was very good with very large rooms. Room were clean and hotel was very quiet compared to the vibrant streets of Dakar. I used to stay in the center of Dakar but this was quite lovely. Hotel staff were very polite and friendly but need to be more engaging to guests. Breakfast was good but need improvement. Coffee station was almost empty and I can have only one cup for 3 times I went for breakfast. Besides it was all good and will love to stay there again.

It’s a relatively new hotel located a short drive to the African Renaissance Monument and the Almadies neighbourhood which is a club district so many options for bars, restaurants, and discos are located there. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and feels like a 4.5 star hotel. The surrounding area is a university district so it’s bustling with activity. The only downside is that there’s no pool and the breakfast options were really limited. I truly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to experiencing the hotel again soon.

When I arrived for my stay I was informed that there was no records of a reservaygor me. The hotel and other neighboring hotels were booked. The manager was able to accommodate us for one night only. We had to search for other accommodations since we were scheduled to be in Dakar for a week. We stayed one night only and left since they had no reservations for me, considering that I made these travel arrangements in December 2021. This was extremely disappointing especially after flying all night and arriving early morning expecting to rest in my hotel room. Thanks

Die Gebühren für die Unterkunft haben wir vorab über Sie bezahlt. Ihrerseits gab es den Hinweis, dass vor Ort eine Tourismusabgabe erhoben wird. Dies war auch der Fall. Zusätzlich wurden uns noch Kosten für die "Bearbeitungsgebühr Expedia" in Rechnung gestellt. Diese betrugen umgerechnet fast 40 EUR. Das fanden wir nicht okay, konnten aber vor Ort dies nicht klären und haben die Kosten bezahlt. Über eine Klärung Ihrerseits würden wir uns freuen. Gerne können wir Ihnen die Belege zusenden.
