Beautiful,quiet,clean.The bedroom was spacious,yhe bed comfortable and the breakfast very good

El check out y check in son demasiado temprano, fuera de lo habitual, es algo cansón que aparte que debes agendar el desayuno, te llaman a reconfirmar una y otra vez

The hotel was great! We had a great stay, and breakfast was outstanding!

Parking was safe; a large vehicle might have difficulty getting in and out, but a midsized Will have no issue. Check with the property if you have a large vehicle (truck, oversized SUV) to see if they have alternative parking.

Estuvo muy adecuado para unas pocas noches. Lo necesario para descansar y tener un excelente desayuno.

Despite the fact that the hotel has multiple international flags in front of it we have yet to find anyone in the hotel that speaks any English they didn't understand the process to check us in as internationals and we're looking for documentation even though they didn't recognize it when they saw it working with the Chilean government they wanted my license number on my car in the United States among other things.... We had to make another trip downstairs later in the evening after we'd already retired for bed to fill out more paperwork with information that we'd already supplied them....

La pieza que nos tocó tenía los interruptores in tapas y había hongos en el baño. Hice comentario por WhatsApp sin respuesta. El Hotel está bien para su categoría y volvería a ocuparlo.

excelente la recepción, media tarde de santiago, muy buena la habitación y dependencias, desayuno buffet generoso y de calidad, el personal muy atento, amable, si estas con automóvil, el lugar en el medio de santiago, y las cocheras del hotel fantástico. Repetiremos sin dudar.

Foi ótima. Os funcionários são alegres e muito gentis. O café da mãe é com horário marcado então não fica tão cheio. A limpeza do quarto é muito boa. A localização eh excelente . Eh um hotel simples porém aconchegante e muito agradável. Ameiiiiii

Box perigosíssimo!!! Muito escorregadio. Tomar banho era muito perigoso . E parecia ser um quarto para quem possuia necessidades especiais,.pois tinha barras e banco. Mas o box era em um degrau alto, com piso de plástico, irregular e escorregava muito. Eu e meu marido quase caímos ! O hotel é muito bom, quarto ótimo, cama boa, recepção muito atenciosa e simpática. Café maravilhoso, com muitas opcoes ! Boa localização e estacionamento excelente! .
