Nice property

It was great made our stay good

Great location; clean rooms, great staff

Close to airport and restaurants. Clean room.

Efficient friendly service.

It was a great stay, just the in-room fridge was pretty noisy on top of the running AC (however, we did stay during a heatwave so I imagine the appliances were working overtime)

The first room smelled super bad with urine. Probably someone’s pet. I was so bad there is no way housekeeping should have cleared it for use. But they immediately put us in a new room and it was great and the beds were good.

There was a lot of noise after 10pm still which was our only complaint. Everything else was nice.

Very close to the airport and I loved being able to leave my car while we were gone for 7 days. Thank you 😊

It was ok.

I was out of the country and expensive to make phone calls so I didn’t pre reserve a cab ride from the airport to the hotel, I used the same cab company that the hotel uses for shuttle service as they don’t have one, when we got to the hotel which I had a reservation for the hotel wouldn’t comp the cab ride as I didn’t call them and get on a list. Bad business in my opinion make it right. If o would have called they would have paid for it. The call would have cost me what the cab ride was! Just bad business and bad staff, could care less to make it right. Great hotel with it being new but won’t stay here again over the desk staff.

Very convenient for our purpose as a stop between destinations. Hotel is very clean and quiet. They are pet friendly too.

WHY Do you have a kitchenette and not one plate, cup, silverware or pan? I booked this type of room for a reason. This was for a post hospital overnight before driving home. I personally don't travel with dishes and pots and pans. Oh but they will sell a plate.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, conveniently an easy walk across the street from the airport.

I like that the in-room amenities are nice and function well. They have a small kitchen with microwave, fridge, and electric stovetop. The fridge is a bid loud. I don’t like that the window doesn’t block any noise. Car engine noise or people talking at the entry just comes right through the window. We barely had any sleep.

The only issue we had was the bathroom garbage had not been emptied from previous guests. Otherwise room was clean and staff courteous and friendly. We’ve stayed here a few times and will stay at My Place hotels in the future
