We arrived and checked into our room at 3PM. Settled down and was asleep at 10PM only to be awaken by a door knock by the hotel staff saying that they have mistakenly checked us in the wrong room! It was so disturbing, uncomfortable and unprofessional for them to do this late at night. No compensation given. Super disappointed with the service especially when we specifically said that it was our parents’ anniversary celebration trip. Never going back!
