We stayed for the hotel part and that was fabulous!! The rooms were larger than average, extra tall ceilings and wall to wall windows made it feel even bigger! It was clean, fresh and had great finishes! I would I definitely stay again! The food was yummy; we ate breakfast food from the food court and the coffee shop. The pool looks like it will be awesome but wasn't done yet. The staff was very polite! The security was tight, maybe a bit tight for our liking having to show your ID every time we entered the buying was weird but oh well. Still an overall quality and affordable place to stay!!

It’s always something with them. Last time I stayed with them I called multiple times and spoke with different representatives. I called at least 5 times. To inquire about adding a pull out couch as my reservation was for 5 people. Not a single soul mentioned I would be charged for every person after the first two.. when I arrived they told me (they told you about the extra fees for each person right?) I recognized the voice and told them that every time I have called not a single person mentioned it. I paid almost an additional $40. This most recent time I also called to inquire about a late check out and they didn’t mentioned that the pool and hot tub where under construction. When I checked in before they checked me in they say (before we check you in the pool and hot tub are under maintenance) very deceptive practices and please train your staff.

Clean, comfortable, reasonable prize for room

Everything was great except for the lack of room service. Understandable since it is a casino establishment and the food service is another draw to the casino floor. Great selection of food, convenient gift shop and the staff is great.
