very clean and convenient to fields for lacrosse tournament

The property was nice. The lady who checked me in was not friendly. A little rude. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the location for us was great because it was close to dining and the lacrosse fields for the tournament. The breakfast cost was $10 and was mediocre at best. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the options in the snack shop were limited. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.

Convenient. Easy on/off to I-95, quiet, clean, nice rooms,nice area, close to several eateries, friendly/efficient staff, and parking.

The staff was very kind to work with me at check-in, and extremely pleasant. They were able, and willing, to accommodate my request. The entire hotel had an air of quiet peacefulness about it that has been lacking at others where I've stayed. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty decent but the waitress was phenomenal - very efficient and friendly.

No “C” jacks for charging electronics. Bartender and hostess were fantastic.

Problems with the tv., otherwise everything was good.

Parking is so easy. Quiet place. Not near highway so less traffic.

Cheryl handled our check in and she was amazing. Friendly and helpful.

They didn't clean the second room I booked for multiple days in a row. We did mention this to the front desk and they said we needed to file a complaint through Expedia which seemed strange considering we weren't trying to get money back, we were simply trying to inform them of an issue as a heads up for the next guests who might stay there. The check in wasn't the smoothest as there was a bit of annoyance and attitude coming from the front desk. Overall the hotel I give a 4/5 just wish we felt more welcomed.
