Estuvo bien pero estaba en construcción

This was by far our worst stay of our trip, This is not a 4 star hotel, The TV was very outdated, the shower head had no pressure, the shower curtain had mold and the pole had rust, the toilet leaked. The front desk ladies would fall asleep, awful service. The key cards would deactivate every day and every day I had to make a second trip to the lobby to get them activated, the main elevators were out of service, the area around the hotel was sketchy and dirty along with homeless but hey at least they had a security guard. They decided to have construction going in the lobby which raised so much dust during the world cup? That was unbelievable to me. The hallway carpets are so old they smelled. This might have been a 4 star hotel back in the 80s but now they dont even get to 2 stars in my opinion. The only ones who provided a good service were the bell boys and cleaning ladies. The restaurant was awful. Its supposed to be open 24/7 from what they told us at arrival and yet it closed a day we were there. We were also only given the option of free breakfast for 1 day which was odd to me as I felt it was advertised as free daily breakfast. I would never stay here again if I return to Monterrey in the future nor tell anyone about it.

Tiene la ventaja que cuenta con restaurante y está justo enfrente de la terminal de autobuses.

Todo estuvo excelente,solo el horario del desayuno buffet deberían extender una hora más tarde

El hotel estaba en remodelación, había polvo por todos lados, los trabajadores taladrando y martillando en pleno desayuno, por la noche pintando el lobby y apestaba a thiner por todos lados. Lamentablemente por cuestiones de trabajo y tiempo no pude pedir cancelación y preferí encerrarme en la habitación

El desayuno no lo probé,están arreglando el loft (eso es bueno) la zona si está un poco fea porque hay cantinas,inmigrantes y personas en situación de calle pero fuera de eso el hotel está bien

El hotel no es nuevo sin embargo esta en muy buenas condiciones, es ideal para descansar o un viaje de negocios, es centrico aunque en la zona hay muchos bares y lugares no muy familiares, aun asi el servicio es bueno

Todo estuvo muy bien, cerca de la central me ayudó mucho para no gastar en taxi
