我們逗留4日3夜，入住接待職員和早餐的職員很好。 但是housekeeping 的服務不太滿意，房間基本沒有清潔，我們晚上回房間，地間上仍有不少頭髪，bath gel 完全沒有refill, 到第三日頭髮仍然在地上，真是太差。

The first time we came to this hotel to park without paying, but this time we need to pay for parking, we are really dissatisfied.

New hotel, nice and quiet, very convenient, people are very nice, breakfast very tasty and the chief Thomas very friendly

Breakfast very tasty. The chief Thomas very nice and cooked the fried eggs for my 3 years old girl. Very good service and nice people. Room is clean and convenient, Waitrose right next to the hotel so I decided to stay longer for my family holiday 👍

Everything was good no problems

I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the thermostat in the room was great, you could choose between a cool fan or heating. When we put the heating on it made the room lovely and warm, which was needed as it was a cold day. I had a wonderful sleep and wasn't disturbed, I didn't hear any noise from the rooms next to me. The shower was absolutely bloody brilliant! Bathroom was supplied with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel with a lovely LED light around the bathroom mirror, which I particularly liked. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with an excellent selection. There were waffles you could make yourself using a machine with the batter provided - there was maple syrup or nutella sauce to choose from as a topping. The maple syrup was marvellous. There was toast, fruit, sausages, scrambled eggs, cereal, hash browns, beans, croissants and more! There was also a hot drinks machine if you fancied a cappuccino, as well as a good selection of tea. The juice machine had apple or orange juice. The seating area was lovely, spacious, comfortable and modern. Anita from reception was absolutely lovely and so helpful - she helped me with the waffle machine. The hotel is right next door to Waitrose, which was a nice touch, we were able to pick up some lunch. The car park cost £4.60 for 24 hours - you pay for this when you leave the hotel. Definitely value for money would happily stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Really good value and perfect location. Staff really friendly. Very clean and lovely breakfast too.

Clean room, more fine dust from bedding. Anyone has allergies to dust would suffer.

Perfect stay

This was a great place to stay, close proximity to London. Easy to hop on the bus or head next door to Waitrose. Staff were very friendly and accommodating -would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Hotel is great, lovely staff, nice breakfast I think the menu for the rest of the food is too expensive for what it is and even so the room was great the bed for my liking was too hard (mattress)

I stay here each time I’m in the area, it’s a wonderful hotel

The shower unit was not clean, the water did not run away after shower, the sink had brown marks which I had to clean before using, the plugs, bottom of tv and headboards were dusty. The room was not cleaned next day, used towels not collected or replaced, tea and coffee sachets not topped up or toilet rolls replenished. After complaining we were offered complimentary water about 19.00, clean towels and toilet rolls were then brought to the room. Seriously unprofessional, altogether not good experience.

The room was fine. I stayed here again yesterday, 17-18th Feb and my issue is that when I asked for an invoice I was told they cannot provide an invoice because it was booked through Hotels.com. I have stayed in this hotel at least 10 times over the past 20 months, always booked through Hotels.com and each time I was provided with an invoice. Why the change now?

The room was clean and fine for one night.
