The room in my first stay on 10 May was very good and I have left a good review for the hotel . My second stay on 16 May however, was far from satisfactory . I still remember the room is 212 near the elevator which was not an issue . The issue is , the room was dirty and despair. I know this hotel is 2 star and the cost is low, but I still expect a minimum standard for dwelling . I recommend full maintenance for the room. Problems : 1. Dustballs which I cannot ignore , 2 . Visible hair on the shower drain , 3 , shower head without stand , I need to hold it all the time. 4 , stain on bed sheet. …for 16 May , I paid 50 % more than my stay on 10 May , I really didn’t expect that the room was so…..

My room 101 was located in the basement of the property. A barely legal window was the only outside access. Very noisy at night due to older elevator shaft right next door, as well as plumbing and water sounds from other rooms. Room security is lacking. Stairwell exited onto the vestible, just outisde of the main entrance door.Avoid this room if you want to rest.

The front desk representative didn't pay much attention to me leaving as i asked for the shuttle and after like 10 mins i asked how long will it take for the shuttle to arrive she said i will call him now , in the night the hotel had a bad smell and the room too

Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Wi-fi broke down and then air conditioning stopped working. I asked for a new room and the air conditioner didn’t work there either. When the guest in the next room had a shower it sounded like it was in our room. Paper thin walls. We lay on the bed sweltering in the heat and hardly slept. Do NOT stay here!

This is a decent place to stay near the airport. Crazy that they want to charge extra to stay an hour longer. Shuttle can be somewhat of a wait from the airport. Make sure to go to 17 section 3 for pick up. Also make sure you find out when the go back to the airport as it seems they don't go often. I almost wouldn't have had a ride back because they take people at 11 and then nothing until 3pm. I wasn't aware of this fact. It was quiet but I also kept the ac on so I wouldn't hear anything.

Absolutely wonderful stay. This is my 4th time staying here. Very convenient and comfortable. Budget friendly and very comfortable. TV are good size screens, air conditioning works really effective and staff is helpful.

I booked this hotel room because the photos on line were very nice. However, the rooms look nothing like the pictures. I don't normally write poor reviews, however, I felt I was a victim to bait and switch. In the room I was originally given, the bed looked old and worn out. The rooms had only 2 small pillows on the bed which also looked worn out. The television did not work, and when I went to call the front desk, I found that the in-room phone was not even connected. I had to go down to speak the the staff. There were not even complimentary water bottles, no wash cloths provided, only one hand towel and 2 small bath towels. When I expressed my desire to cancel the second night, I was told I had to call the booking agent. I contacted the booking agent who then told me that the hotel would not provide a refund for the second night. As a consumer, if I am not happy with a product, I return it. Why is the same not true for a hotel. I understand that if I wanted to cancel just because my plans change, that is on me, but when a customer is totally unsatisfied, disappointed, unhappy and angry about the room situation, it should be refunded. I will NEVER book a smaller name hotel again. The flight crews stay at the Holiday Inn, that should be a clue to the rest of us.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous, airport shuttle was great and timely. When I arrived at the airport, I called and they came to pick me up within minutes, same after I checked out. They allowed me a late check out and I was able to keep my luggage in a room for the few hours I was on the premises doing some work. Good restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Pretty great experience. Definitely recommend.

Hotel was fine and clean but have no amenities. I asked for a crib weeks in advance and hotel confirmed the request. Then they said they didn’t even have cribs when I arrived. Later on they claimed “another family had it”. It was a random weekday - it was not busy. Long term parking is terrible. You have to drive your car to a park and ride lot basically and they drive you back to the hotel. Not ideal. If id known this, I would have booked a different hotel and just used a park and ride lot.
