Overall is good, it would be better if the hotel could provide a shuttle bus service.

這次訂了海景店，不過大部分海景被對面建築物遮擋。酒店房最高8樓，起碼要6樓以上才有機會不被遮擋。服務員態度不熱心。淋浴間及私人風呂的遮擋布半透明，總感覺有機會被人從對面建築物看到，私隱度嚴重不足。

Wonderful experience

Fantastic room with an onsen bath on the balcony. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a great variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Western choices to eat and drink.

スタッフがとても丁寧で安心しました、部屋の露天風呂が少し小さかあったのと、部屋のセキュリティボックスが小さいのと使いづらさで、結局部屋に貴重品が置けませんでした。

立地､館内設備､サービス非常に良かった！ 特に朝食は満足出来ました！ 強いて言えば駐車場の詳細が有れば良いと思います､機械式で高さ155cm以下じゃないと入らないのを分かっていれば入る車で行ったのに⋅⋅⋅そこだけ残念でした。

スタッフの皆さんのご対応は非常に良かったです。 お風呂も最高でした。 お世話になりました。

朝食も夕食も2日間全て同じメニューでした

朝食は、メニューが豊富だった。 お風呂は、４種類あり楽しめる。また、サウナも利用できる。 部屋の露天風呂からも海が見える。また、自分でお湯を張ることができ、使いたいときに利用できる。

Room was spacious!

Great little property, we were a little off season so the rooftop area wasn’t open. Our patio tub was lovely and the place is comfy and clean and easy walking distance to shops and testaurants

Very nice! So relaxing! Would come again!

あまり良くなかったです 眺めもイマイチ 食事も普通

フロントの外国人のスタッフがテキパキしていて、スムーズに対応してくれました。

配管の水の音がうるさかったです。

The 4th floor ocean view was amazing. The room is very modern and extremely comfortable. Twin beds were firm but not too hard. They can be pushed together. The mountain view also was unforgettable. The private onsen was so nice to have (I suggest extending the curtain for full surround privacy). Breakfast buffet was fabulous and 1hr was not enough time to eat all the delicious foods (one hour is all we get so dig in!)
