Perfect for couples. Just a short shuttle from the best of 7 mile but just past the hustle and bustle of the area... Rick's is within walking, 7 mile in biking, and of course plenty of transport options to the more popular spots nearby like the Jungle nightclubs, margaritaville, miss lilly's etc. Stay here for the bst value per dollar. Amazing staff food and drinks, private freling while being centrally located, its thr perfct blend and the best palace to be in negril or westend

Ocean cliff property is beyond amazing! This property holds an extremely relaxing nature, with a staff that matches the energy of the hotel. The oceanview cottages (which we were upgraded to) made you feel as if you were in your own little home. Housekeeping kept our room clean everyday clean sheets and towels no question asked. I can’t wait to come back, our servers Shawna Kay, Sain and Ricardo at the bar and went above and beyond, from breakfast by the poolside or at the restaurant looking at the ocean while enjoying the escovitch fish which I had 3x because it was so good. Sashay our morning server was excellent each time. The blue mountain coffee is to a go to. We are frequents in Jamaica ad our first time at Ocean Cliff and it did not disappoint

Everything was amazing, The staff were so friendly and courteous. The spa, food, and bar were all wonderful! We enjoyed every minute of our relaxing vacation.

Quiet

This is an excellent place for a couple who wants low-key R&R. It is a gorgeous location, beautiful landscaping, very attractive and spacious rooms, nice saltwater pool with fabulous lounging area and very pleasant staff. Chill quiet vibe. Only drawback was noise a couple of nights from a separate local business blasting music hopefully the owners will figure a way to eliminate that one thing and I would go back

We loved it there. So nice to be right on the water. Loved the salt pool right next to ocean. No chlorine so great! Food was excellent. Especially the traditional jamaican dishes like ackee and saltfish and whole pan friend red snapper

Typical West Negril Hotel. Food and service are their sweet spot. Unable to jump from cliffs into the water like other hotels or nearby ricks cafe. Slightly isolated and secluded from Negril. Hotel is comfortable, restaurant has great food. Restaurant also caters to locals as a food destination. Cost is a bit much for what you get.

From the moment we arrived, earlier than our reservation to the moment we left we experienced nothing but amazing service from the staff. The team in the spa went above and beyond to ensure our treatment was geared to our needs. Would not hesitate to stay here in the future

Great service by all staff. It was obvious management has spent a great deal of time training staff to be friendly and customer focused. Food and service at the restaurant was amazing. Beautiful grounds and beautiful view. Gated location with posted gate guard increased safety aspect. Everything we were looking for in a hotel.

Size was great and adult only suited us fine.

Loved the grounds, bar, restaurant, and staff. I will definitely be coming back and adding this to my list of getaway spots

Amazing food and atmosphere

Excellent facility, friendly staff and very clean.

The staff was EXCELLENT and the food was Delicious!! The view from rooftop 5 was SPECTACULAR!! My hot stone massage with (Ronique??) was MAGNIFICENT!! She’s very thin, but handled my plus size curves with ease! LOL I was a solo traveler and felt SAFE. You’re offered excursion options at check in, which were very reasonable and pick up was right at the hotel. Taxis were quickly available, but a little pricey. My room was well appointed and the grounds (stone) were beautiful. There is no real beach, but the ocean views are worth the stay!!
