The location is very good, a 3-minute walk to the bus terminal. There are bus routes to almost every place. It only takes 30 minutes to take Airport Direct 4 from the airport to the hotel, and it only takes three bus stops to get there. After getting off the bus, you can walk to the hotel in a few minutes. It is very convenient.

Het ontbijtsysteem werkte niet goed. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam hierbij. Echter met oplossing om papieren uit te delen werden deze papieren niet opgehaald en helaas een keer ontbijt moeten missen. Maar het personeel was top!

It was difficult to find initially and we were followed into the lift by pickpockets which would be avoided if there was a reception. However, the staff did help in reporting this. The location was so central with excellent access to the centre of Valletta. The room was comfortable and well apportitioned with fridge, microwave and kitchen all clean and fully operational, even had an ice tray. Sofas and bed were super comfy and the AC was great. Highlight was sitting in the balcony watching the hustle of the city go by late at night.

Nice hotel. Clean. Desk isn’t manned most of the time so be prepared to phone or WhatsApp for someone. Quite difficult to find, you need to go into Starbucks to find it. Good size and space. All key codes rather than key cards which was nice, no risk of losing the card. My room had a small window with no view, so didn’t provide a lot of natural light. Overall would stay again, nice hotel and good location

Very good value

The location is amazing - one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. We rarely interacted with any of the staff, as there is no front desk/lobby as the ground floor is Starbucks. If you need anything, (luggage storage, questions answered, etc), you need to ask a Starbucks' employee for help.

Excellent location through unusual Starbucks entrance, which also doubled as a bar. Could not have been a better stay.

Great location, right in the heart of Valletta. Excellent service; the staff who dealt with us went above and beyond. We had the breakfast from Starbucks, which was both fresh and good value for money. Really have nothing but good things to say about this hotel - a lucky find.

Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, 2 Kritikpunkte: Duschvorhang nicht sehr sinnvoll, das Wasser verteilt sich im Ganzen Bad, eine Wand wäre besser. Nur 1 Fenster im ganzen Zimmer und das nur zu einem Innenhof, keine Frischluftzufuhr

This is not a hotel. It is a joke of a hotel. The reception doesn’t exist. They out a billboard for you to call a number. I waited for more than one hour before anyone picked and came to help to enter the room. They say the haveTV but they do not have TV channels. You call the number they provided to ask for help on how to get any channel and they ignore you. After 10 attempts of calls they answer and they say they will check it but they ignore you and do not even bother to respond back saying anything. There was a huge sewage smell in the toilet at night and you called the phone number and nobody answered so I was forced to be in the room with smell. The air conditioning doesn’t work in the room. It is centralised so some rooms are too hot others are too cold. You may suffer during the night but they do not care. They should care a bit about the guests. At least apologizing for misleading clients saying it is a hotel, it has a reception, it has tv channels … just tell the truth upfront.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit separatem Schlafplatz auf einer Empore gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und total leise. Es gab neue Fenster hinter der historischen Fassade. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt in mitten des Zentrums von Valletta äußerst angenehm! Das Personal wie sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Starbucks-Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert, obwohl das Angebot durchaus gut und ausreichend war. Das Hotel bietet eine zweite in der Buchung enthaltene Alternative ein paar Meter entfernt im Café Charles and Ron an. Dort war es gemütlich und das Frühstück fantastisch! Es gab kein Buffet, sondern ein kleine Karte zur Auswahl, wo jeder auf seine Kosten kam. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Danke für die schönen Tage in Valletta!

Fantastic location

great location but no reception staff so everything done by email/phone - worked out ok

This was a perfectly situated hotel for those wanting to be in the heart of all things in Vetta Malta. The property is located inside of a Starbucks, which at first was a little bit confusing, but was really an added bonus because of their friendly staff availability of coffee and food and drinks, and a hotel Guest discount of 10%. Highly recommended would stay here again.

Das Frühstück war das einzige negative. Man musste es über Starbucks auf das Zimmer bestellen. Die Auswahl und das Frühstück wurden von Tag zu Tag weniger. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden es wieder buchen

Positiv: Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Bett ist gut. Negativ: keine Rezeption. Zum Frühstuck muss man 350 Meter durch die Fußgängerzone laufen. Das Bad ermöglicht nicht
