Great location inside the castle walls. Nice boutique hotel with helpful staff and tasty breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast and a very kind staff. Ideal location for enjoying the city. I would recommend finding a parking spot outside of the castle (it is a very easy and short walk) unless you have an extremely small car.

Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stata Anina alla reception: gentilissima, sempre con un sorriso radioso e pronta ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità. Posizione fantastica all'interno delle mura del castello. Torneremo sicuramente!

The only issue is the parking on the narrow streets. There is parking, but if you have a large car/suv you may get stuck. You are within the castle, which is awesome. I parked the Suv, outside the castle and walked 5 mins. Very easy and much easier to navigate. Hotel was very very nice.

Beautiful and delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed. Looks exactly like the photos! Amazing staff. Close proximity to a great area of town. Definitely recommend this property.

The hotel provides you with a parking tag, but it is very difficult to find parking near, lugging the luggage around on this type of pavement is extremely difficult. It would have been helpful to provide a map around the hotel to locate street parking.

Personal very responsive to our needs

The breakfast is really good!! And the service is fantastic! Very nice and helpful people working there! The 3 stars only is because the bed in the room in the yard and the bathroomdoor were noicy. We told the staff so probably they will be made.

I can't say enough! My family and I stayed at Ialna in August, 2025, and loved every moment. Our room was amazing, the food and staff were without fault, and it's in a great location. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The bed is comfort and the hotel is small and beautifully designed. The only thing that bother me a little bit that we got the room in the second floor and there is no elevator so it was a bit difficult to get to the room with the luggage.

The hotel was very nice however parking was absolutely horrible. We had to park five blocks away from the hotel very very hard to park by the hotel.
