In terms of ambiance, I can give it an excellent rating. Staff were very accommodating, especially Miss Phine. Rooms are clean, location is great because it's near Camp John Hay, and it has an excellent coffee shop also.

Overall experience was good except for the hot room because the hotel does not have aircon.
