We stayed seven days at Casa Establo. As the name indicates the theme of this boutique hotel is that of a horse stable with every room having the name of a winning race horse. Upon arrival we were attended by Francisco, the owner. He told us that we were a bit early-which we knew, but he checked and said our room will be ready in about 10 minutes. And he added, in the meantime I will show you what you can explore around Pucon. The hotel is well situated, overlooking Lake Villarrica and about ten minutes of Pucon. The rooms are large and comfortable. A very good breakfast with cereal, fruit and pastries is provided every morning. The next morning we met Lina his wife who also recommended some sightseeing, some restaurants and what termal baths to visit. Every evening after dinner we ask for tea and and we were given a tray with herbal teas that we took to our room, and this was for free. We loved interacting with Francisco and Lina. Every morning before breakfast we gave them our feedback of the places we visited and they added some fine tuning to our plan for the day. And we mustn’t forget their gorgeous huge white dog that ‘guards’ the hotel. In summary, great hotel, very friendly owners and staff and excellent value for money. Strongly recommended.

View of the lake was beautiful and the hotel location was exactly what we were looking for. Place was clean and staff was very nice.

Desde el primer minuto, el personal muy acogedor, la pieza tiene un tamaño maravilloso, al igual que el baño, solo buenas experiencias en el hotel, si algo pudiese decir, es la velocidad del wifi y la TV no es tan actualizada

El desayuno es lo mejor del hotel, si falto los huevos revueltos

Great large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. Except that, everything was great

Spacious room, beautiful view of Lago Villarrica. Good breakfast, though a bit heavy on the carbs. Staff was helfpul, though most had limited English--Apple Translate definitely helped. Steep, long, narrow driveway from highway up to hotel was a little intimidating, but luckily we never encountered another vehicle on it. Very good value for the price.

Quarto limpo, amplo, cheiroso e com uma vista incrível para o lago. O café da manhã é espetacular, assim como os funcionários. O Dali, cachorro do hotel, foi um espetáculo a parte também!! Lindo e super carinhoso. Experiência nota 1000!!

Wi-Fi não funciona (alcança) no quarto. Não tem elevador.

Hotel muito bonito, rustico mas confortável. Quartos grandes. A única questão que pontuo é que esta localizado há alguns quilometros do centro da cidade de pucon e ainda numa reunião mais alta, não é possível ir a pé.
