Great place to stay! We traveled as a family with kids - it was spacious and had everything we needed. Super convenient location - very walkable and felt safe. I think they could have provided more than one pod to do laundry for an entire week stay. They told me to buy more myself at the convenience store which was not convenient and I had to buy a pack of 16 when I only really needed one more. Other than that the stay was great.

We just stayed for a week at Sonder Malasaña and it was great. The location can't be beat, it's walking distance from everything. The place is nice and clean. There is no front desk but they are SUPER responsive on WhatsApp and help you with anything you need right away. Definitely would stay here again

The location is top notch with many restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Also close to downtown tourist draws: three major art museums, Retiro Park, The Royal Palace, Temple Debod, Alumendala Cathedral and more. Apartment access was easy - all electronic, and surprisingly quiet. Dont be fooled by exterior - a commercial gated entrance which looks more like entrance to a garage. There is a very small Sonder sign appropriate for street. Uber had no problem finding us for airport transfer. Neither did taxi dropoff. Wifi is good. It is now owned by Marriott and if you are a Bonvoy member you may be able to access there once systems are combined. Enjoy!

Outstanding stay in Madrid! Communication was seamless, the service was top-notch, and the attention to detail made all the difference. Truly felt cared for—highly recommend!

The room is modern and cozy. Location is great, close to a large grocery store, very convenient. Communication with admin team is super helpful and responsive. My kids and I love it so much!

The room is private, clean and quiet. Plusses: Especially liked the heated floors (!!) Could be better: Wish there had been dish soap for washing up.

We stayed here for 3 nights during a stay with our family in Madrid (3 kids aged 15, 17, 19) in December. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and a pull out sofa bed. It was nice to have the space for all of us. The kids ordered in one day while we walked down the street to a local restaurant. Amazing food and service just .2 miles away. Great food and walkable. There is a big bar scene around, so it can get a bit loud late in the evening and a churror/coffee place a few doors down which makes it busy for early mornings, which explains why there are ear plugs left on the side tables in the bedrooms. The blinds did not pull down and work for us in the living space and the king size bedroom, so it was bright if lights went on or early in the morning. So make sure you have eye masks if you want to sleep in past dusk. The wifi was not super reliable and very slow. I reached out on the app and they restarted the system, but it still didn't work well. I am not used to staying at places with no receptionist at all. But it seemed to be a common thing in spain. They provided enough towels, blankets for all of us, so i'm not sure what would've happened if we needed more towels or anything specific (especially since we got in late in the evening.) All in all, even with the few minor issues, it was a great location and i would definitely stay here again. they were super responsive via email and app with anything i needed or asked about before the trip.

My go to location in Madrid

Very conveniently located place with all amenities. Washer worked well. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Very friendly staff. will repat. The only small problem: they disable the AC in the winter months . the customers should have an option regardless of the months

Next to Metro Tribunal and Bilbao stations. Plenty of F&B abd supermarkets within 50 metres. For me, within walking distance to popular hot spots such as Plaza Mayor, The Royal Palace and Retiro Park. I love Madrid; the food, the sight and the hustle and bustle of the city.

Love that it’s near all art culture and schools as well as so many lovely local shops and cafes.

I really liked the breakfast brunch the hotel had. It was an excellent spread for not a lot of money.
