Everything you need for your stay has! Well-equipped kitchen, clean bed linen and bath towels, everything perfect! The place is wonderful! With an incredible view of the beach! Martin is super nice, a perfect host!

Very nice place! Clean and cozy in a good location.

Martin was a great host, advising us where everything was when we arrived and booking us a driver to get to the port on a departure. Room was clean, shower hot and all in all, it was a great place to stay. 5 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to the bus to Old Town, mini supermarket at the end of the road. Highly recommend.

Det har varit trevligt att bo på Villa borma Man kunde gå till buss station på några minuter och kunde ta buss till Gamla stan. Det var billigt att ta Uber. Poolen på terrassen gjorde vår semester ännu bättre. Martin var väldigt bra värd så jag rekommenderar varm detta boende.

We had top floor studio apartment, 68 steps up but worth every one of them and we are 80 years old. Wonderful views, including beautiful sunsets, even better if you go up ‘secret’ steps by side of lovely roof top ( handy for us) swimming pool. Huge furnished terrace which meant you could choose sun or shade from dawn to dusk. Apartment not large, but ample for two, very clean, beds and towels changed twice weekly. We were able leave luggage for day as we had evening flight. Martin and Ivan were very helpful and at hand if needed. 5 minute walk to shop which stocked all our needs. Quiet area, ten minute walk to number 6 bus ( 1.73€ if ticket bought in advance) 15 minute ride to Pile gate. 5 minute walk to join coast path to Cococabana beach etc , harbour etc in other direction. Building works other end of street have no impact and can neither be seen or heard from property. Would definitely recommend.

People were nice just not for our taste

La villa está perfectamente cuidada. El lugar es súper tranquilo. El apartamento está muy bien equipado. Martín nos ayudó para conseguir transporte al aeropuerto.

Very clean and comfortable apartments with a shared rooftop pool. 5-10 minute walk to a beach. An Uber into the old town cost about 10 Euros and the restaurants along the road to sunset beach were about a 15 minute walk away. The host was very helpful and there to greet us on arrival. He also recommended a local boat company and explained where the bus stops and shops etc were located. Would be more than happy to stay there again….

Très bel appartement très bien placé pour visiter Dubrovnik. Excellent accueil, je recommande.

Dejligt beliggenhed, stille og roligt område. Gå afstand til mødestedet for busture. Martin og hans kone,er helt fantastiske og meget behjælplige.

Great stay

Our room for two was clean and spacious. Outside the door was a nice patio with shading beneath an arbour, a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. A dip in the swimming pool is a treat on a hot day. Above all, the host, Martin, made sure that our needs were met. He gave us valuable tips about transportation and sightseeing in town. (Eg. Bus #6 is a short walking distance away and takes you outside Pile Gate in the old city). Martin went above and beyond when he offered to drive us to the ferry terminal on our departure date. I know of no other host that was as kind and generous as Martin!

Great stay! The apartment was extremely clean and very comfortable, with lots of thoughtful details. A bit far from the old town, but the #6 bus stop is only a 5 minute walk, and takes you right to the Pile Gate. We only stayed 1 night so I can't comment on the surrounding area. The owner was kind enough to drop me off at my next accommodation, free of charge, the morning of our checkout. I only wish we could've stayed long enough to enjoy the lovely pool!

We zijn erg gastvrij door Martin ontvangen, die ons tips gaf over Dubrovnik. Het appartement ligt in Lapad, lekker rustig maar het oude centrum is erg goed met de bus te bereiken. Je hebt een ruime parkeerplaats voor de deur. Zwembad op het dak om af te koelen en op loopafstand van het Copacabana strand. De eigenaar is erg servicegericht, vroeg steeds of het nergens aan ontbrak. Een 10 voor ons!

Un grand merci à Martin pour son accueil, pour ses conseils et surtout pour sa gentillesse il saura se faire comprendre dans plusieurs langues même en Français. La localisation est idéal pour découvrir les quartiers de Lapad et de Babin Kuk, en étant à 15/20 min de bus de la vieille ville. Idéal pour s’y rendre rapidement sans voiture. Le logement est propre, et la piscine est un grand plus. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés

We had a lovely 4 nights stay in the deluxe studio apartment. The room was quite small but had everything we needed. The location was great: peaceful neighbourhood and a short walking distance from a beautiful beach, grocery store and bus stop. Only a 15 min walk to the Lapad beach promenade. We highly appreciated Martin’s hospitality and helpfulness! He even enabled the stay at the apartment yard and pool area after the check out time.

Was ok for the price but I did not use the pool and the rooms are a bit small The area was ok as it is has near by shops suitable to walk to

The property is fantastic value. Definitely worth booking this and spending on the cabs to the city centre. The rooms are super clean, with great facilities. Kitchens fully equipped, bathrooms spotless and the pool area is great. Martin the owner is fantastic! Highly recommend, don’t let the slightly out dated decor throw you off

The apartment was fantastic. The pool, clean room, and hospitality was wonderful. I will definitely return to Villa Borna. Martin was excellent and very informative. He recommended a great restaurant which was walkable.
