Horrible, if you are coming don’t stay here. The AC don’t work, the pillows are horrible, the beds aren’t clean and the curtains are falling apart. We had a terrible experience here. They sent someone to fix the AC and still it didn’t work.

Overall, the place was clean, but the toilet wasn't very clean, and there were clothes hangers scattered around. There were also some pills dropped under the bed

One hour to check-in due to shortage of skilled receptionist, and the machine that makes card was broken. The bathroom wasn't cleaned as it should be.

Our stay at the Sheraton was absolutely amazing. We travelled as a large group for my mum’s birthday celebration, and every member of staff was incredibly kind, patient, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel upgraded and decorated my mum’s room for her birthday, which made the experience even more special. We also used the restaurants during our stay, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Despite us being quite a lively group, the staff always went above and beyond to help us with warmth and professionalism. Staying at the Sheraton truly made my mum’s birthday experience exceptional and unforgettable. Thank you again to the whole team for such wonderful hospitality.

The breakfast is not worth 35 as it does not really change everyday and the eggs were disgusting they need to be cooked more variety was ok would have liked to see more yogurt options and fruit. No cook and no menu items to choose from did love the expresso machine

Very nice Sheraton Hotel but not the typical type of hotel or location that we usually stay at. The room was nice and adequate in size with good amenities but without an airport shuttle. Across the street from the airport terminal 1, but not easily accessible by walking with large pieces of luggage. Terminal 2 will require a taxi. Also, walkable to train stop, about 500 yards, and to the tram stop about 300 yards. This is an airport/financial district area and not convenient to groceries or restaurants. We only had a quick two night stay before flying to Athens, but if we were to stay longer than I would have chosen a historical hotel a few miles down the road closer into town in the promenade area of town, shopping, and restaurants. Lunch and dinner menu is the same with high priced minimal choices but does have a dining room as well as the rooftop bar, nothing fancy by any means. I wouldn’t consider staying here again, reasons being that it’s not convenient to dining, grocery, or shopping, and it’s not a pretty area of town. The last Sheraton Hotel I stayed in was Zurich, and it was also in a financial district with little dining choices in the area. So, you really didn’t have much choice but to eat there and it was the most expensive hamburger at $35, here at this hotel it’s about $30. You would expect a nicer dining experience for the prices at their restaurant, but you won’t see that here. Still, a nice overnight stay before catching your next flight or on business.

Chambre suite exécutive avec terrasse et vue sur la mer / aéroport parfaite ! Propre, literie très confortable, grande terrasse avec bains de soleil, grande douche à l’italienne. Petit déjeuner classique pour un hôtel. Du choix et des produits frais. Check-in laborieux, notre chambre n’était pas prête en temps et en heure, compensé par deux coupons afin de se désaltérer au bar du roof top. Nous n’avons croisé personne pour le Check out.

En ce qui nous concerne, c'était 1 nuitée avant un décollage tôt le lendemain. Nous avons été accueillis dans les régles et invités à découvrir le rooftop. Ce que nous avons fait! L'offre restaurant est à la hauteur du standing de l'établissement.

Hotel is ideally located for flights out of Nice airport. It is a easy walk across the street. The staff was very helpful. They held a airport package cart overnight for us for our early morning flight.

Very good and clean hotel. Friendly staff and nice restaurant we used for breakfast and dinner. However we paid extra for a sea view and it is absolute not worth it! We overlooked a very passing street and the airport. Sea was very far away. We regretted to have paid extra for that.

Melissa, one of the receptionist was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, she even walked us outside and showed us how to use the bus kiosk. There was a gentleman that worked the evening shift who was very nice as well. My biggest complaint was with the inability to use a microwave. I advised the staff that I needed a microwave to warm formula/milk and was told the hotel didn’t have a microwave. Additionally I was told to complain about to corporate, but they won’t listen.
