Great hotel, comfortable room, quiet, situated opposite the airport, great transport links into Nice and along the coast, trains, trams and buses all nearby. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Sky bar not open and limited meal options at the other restaurant so would recommend going elsewhere for dinner/evening meal, local options a bit limited too but we found local restaurant Lettuce & Co/Etna which we would highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay, would happily stay again.

L’hôtel est propre et bien tenu, la literie confortable, le personnel sympathique. En revanche ce qui a été un GROS point noir nous concernant c’est la température de la chambre. La climatisation ne permet pas de descendre en dessous de 20 degrés (quand la température conseillée pour un bon sommeil varie entre 16 et 18 degrés) et la fenêtre de notre chambre était condamnée. Même en coupant l’arrivée d’air chaud c’était très inconfortable et étouffant. Je ne comprend pas que dans un hôtel de ce standing on soit obligé de dormir dans une étuve et qu’on ait pas plus la maîtrise de la température de la pièce (à minima la possibilité d’entrouvrir la fenêtre). Sinon si on est pas sensible à la chaleur cet établissement est très bien pour le reste.

Had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Nice Airport. The staff were lovely and always very accommodating. The only minor issues I had is that the roof terrace, bar and pool were closed during our visit, and this was not advertised to us before our stay. As this is a selling point of the hotel I was somewhat disappointed, and I was not able to enjoy my stay to the full potential. Also, whilst out of view, the floor underneath the chairs and beds was very dusty, which was not up to the otherwise incredibly clean standard of the rest of my room and the hotel as a whole. That being said, it was a lovely stay for a first visit to Nice, and I would definitely return, perhaps in the summer when the terrace can be enjoyed to its full potential.

Tout s'est parfaitement bien passé. J'ai beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir garer temporairement la voiture juste devant l'hôte : super ! Les petits points d'amélioration : 1. la porte principale était en panne durant tout notre séjour, 2. le premier matin, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain. Il a fallu appeler la réception, puis l'eau chaude a été rétablie immédiatement. 3 le personnel à l'accueil le vendredi soir était super sympa mais le processus manquait un peu de classe (pour un client vieux-jeu comme moi), 4 le petit déjeuner n'est pas le meilleur du monde : les viennoiseries sont très communes, et il y a peu ou pas de yaourts. Rien de bien vilain, mais juste pour signaler !

It is a pretty good place to spend the night and it felt very comfortable for my stay.

The room was very hot and the AC was not working correctly. So we requested in the afternoon for better AC and staff promised some one will look into it. At night we could not sleep and help desk advised nothing can be done and offered a fan instead. A tired and busy day with a nightmare might.

Once I arrived at 1am at the property they notified that I had no room for the first night, and then I had to be sent to another hotel at the hour of the night. When I checked my invoice they charged me for city tax of that first night (I had already payed at the other hotel) and also didn’t refund the cost of transportation to get to the hotel.
